Their capabilities allowed us to get more out of our ERP to focus on our business growth and streamline our operations - all without migrating our back office systems. Our technical team also found their APIs intuitive and easy to work with. ZAB has become a cornerstone of our internal billing ecosystem. **What do you dislike about ZoneBilling?** Zone has many different component offerings and it can initially be confusing which best fit our use-case. We used a 3rd party to implement. **What do you dislike about ZoneBilling?** It does not play well with NS's ARM. There was a bug that was unable to be resolved with Netsuite. The ZAB team doesn't really care if the project goes live or not, as long as they continue to bill per hour. I've been highly disappointed by the involvement of the ZAB team as a whole. The project has been delayed several times already and they just don't care. Even the COO seems in over his head, and involving him didn't change anything. I would recommend anyone thinking about ZAB to either find another integrator or to think twice about going with their implementation team as there's a high chance that the project won't go well. Alternatively, be prepared to implement the tool on your own. **What problems is ZoneBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure yet as the project has been delayed by 6 months and is not live yet. ### 14. ZAB will enable us to bring in variable usage, Non-Recurring, and Recurring Subscription services together in one rating process to create our monthly billings. The best part of ZAB is that it ties directly into the Native NetSuite Sale Order/Invoicing and revenue recognition. NO integration required!!! **What do you dislike about ZoneBilling?** Overall a great product. No real dislikes. The Zone team is continuing to enhance with new features and functions. Giving us even more flexibility to streamline our Quote to Cash Process **Recommendations to others considering ZoneBilling:** It is a great billing solution. If you have NetSuite and have complex billing. This is the way to go!!! **What problems is ZoneBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a complex homegrown billing system. Our customers had many issues with the accuracy and level of detail required by our customers. We also had to import all invoices into Netsuite manually to make our Sales/Revenue and A/R Processing correctly. The Monthly close process used to take 17 business days. With ZONE advanced billing, all ZAB invoices are out the door by day 2 with no accuracy issues. ### 15.
