# What is the best way to invite others to use Zoho

I need to add new members to use the tool, how do I invite them.

send them an invite but make sure to select the most appropriate role for them.

You can create a Zoho Sprints account for free at www.zoho.com/sprints 

To add users to your project portal, navigate to the Users module and invite them using their email addresses.
