I have been busy creating extensive documentation to ensure that any new members to my team will know exactly what to do in almost every situation on the job. I was building it out in Google Docs but in my opinion, the sharing process can get messy there, so I knew I would be expanding to some sort of knowledge base / resource center type software. I was initially planning to use a self hosted solution, but now I think that is completely unnecesary considering what Zoho Learn has shown me it has to offer throughout my trial. I can create a dedicated learning space on Zoho Learn to organize information into a manual. Corresponding courses can be established under the manual to help us centrally manage knowledge resources. Finally, components can be upgraded monthly based on the number of users, which facilitates our management of users and cost control. Zoho learn is currently on trial, so it may be launched 1-2 times a week to check the student's class situation.
