They are so enormously customisable, they can be implemented to solve any need in your business, but the learning and build curve is steep as a result. If you're not familiar with setting these kinds of systems up, it can be a real challenge. Zoho's KnowledgeBase and Community Forums are excellent sources of info to help with implementation, but it's still a lot of work to get started. **What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is a network of teams across several countries and time-zones. It's really hard to make sure we're all following the same processes, when just having a meeting with us all together at the same time is nigh on impossible! Zoho Learn makes the dissemination of in-house knowledge possible, in a self-serve format. As it's hosted online, we can store SOP's and guidelines, as well as train new staff, no matter where they are. Likewise, staff can self-refresh if unsure about information or processes, increasing their capability and reducing wasted time in the early days following initial on-boarding. ### 2. Importing existing materials I had was a breeze and everything just works straight out of the box. Not to mention how cheap it is compared to what else is out there. I've used it every day in my free trial and it's just been a joy to use! **What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?** I found the pricing a bit confusing and annoyed that one of the key features (file upload size) isn't mentioned on the pricing page. Basic (Free) 100mb upload limit (per file) Express 400mb upload limit (per file) Professional - 1000mb upload limit (per file) I have a lot of videos in my courses so this option was important to me. **What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** So I'm actually outside of Zoho Learns target audience, but find that it works incredibly well for what I need it to do. What most people want in a wiki tool is an easy to use and navigate site where you can easily find your policies and workflows without asking multiple people in multiple departments. If you work in the Zoho ecosystem already, you'll be happy with the UI as its more polished than Zoho Creator. **What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?** I dont like the subscription model. My company utilizes Zoho Creator and we're looking at Zoho Learn and Zoho Projects. It would be nice if all of these products were included in one subscription.
