I used Zoho Learn to host training certification in my organization and found it easy to understand with a straightforward and minimal UI. I like using Zoho Learn for sharing learning information with multiple users on a single platform. The course and report features are particularly helpful to me. I'm just trying to see how I can make it much easier because the concept like spaces, then learning paths, then knowledge, the manuals, It can get overwhelming for especially for non techy users. Bulk of my field staff that we have are such personas. So I think a part of, the Zoho Learn, that's maybe it's not working well for me because I'm yet to figure out how to do this. But I think, we have to assume that, you know, our end users are going to be non techie.
