ZipRecruiter stands out to me for its easy, convenient UI and how seamlessly the features work. The AI job search also helps us find appropriate jobs quickly, and the platform supports the full hiring pipeline with integrations to essential third-party services. The main drawback is pricing, which feels high compared with many ATS systems.
