I have been using ZipRecruiter for years and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a job. I used it 12 years ago when I got laid off and found an excellent job. I love the fact that you can set up your account and then search for jobs by job title or location. Then ZipRecruiter sends e-mails to you every day with jobs fitting your search parameters. You can then save jobs that you are interested in or ones for which you have applied so you can easily keep track of them. They also let you know if you are a great match for a job and, if so, highlight your resume to that employer to make your resume stand out and be more likely to be viewed. We can start from a Job Description Template, adjust responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and requirements, then distribute the opening across more than a hundred job sites from the same workflow. We adjusted the screening questions and started looking more closely at the depth of each responsibility instead of treating every matching keyword as equivalent experience. The splash screen in the iPhone app. It is a big distraction; it covers the whole screen, it gives you the perception that something else will happen, not your company's content. The people in the splash screen do not correlate with the company. What can you do better? 1) Never occupy the whole screen; 2) You can have a set of 20 messages that randomly show up and those would define your strengths or a salutation as ChatGPT does. I really appreciate how easy to apply job using ZipRecruiter and search option is so user friendly. the application quickly matches the relevant roles and sharing the notification on timely basis, it helps me know the new opportunities. the UI/UX design is clean and smooth and it allows me to save the job posting one of the best feature in the application. overall this application efficient, organized, and genuinely helpful for finding correct job. I haven't found anything that could be improved upon or things that don't work super well. The only thing I think is I'd like to be able to upload different types of resumes. I think what can be improved in the ZipRecruiter platform is the interaction with the staffing person or recruiter that's in communication and collaborating with employers. There can be improvement in the dialogue and communication between prospective employees, recruitment specialists, and the final hiring manager for a company.
