What is Ybug?

Ybug simplifies receiving visual feedback and bug reports from your website users or testers. Provide your users/testers with a Feedback Widget or Browser extension and allow them to send feedback along with annotated screenshots. Ybug automatically captures some browser environment info, javascript console and other metadata. Do you already use a project management tool, team chat or customer support service? No problem! What do you like best?

It gives comprehensive insights over my projects. Pricing is affordable. Available also free plans for non-profit and small businesses. Easy to set up and use. Widget doesn't slow down my website or make too many DNS calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Having tried all the competitors out there, Ybug has checked all the prices for us:

- Unbeatable pricing

- Great third-party integrations

- A responsive team

The last checkbox is huge for us. Ybug's team will ALWAYS address your feedback and is very quick to add features when it makes sense. They've also proactively reached out to us in the past if there have been any issues (which rarely happens)

What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Ybug to let users submit product feedback with screenshots, and then we route that feedback as Zendesk tickets. Ybug also lets us submit internal metadata that helps our success team better answer the feedback that comes in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best feature is the widget that easily installed on your website and allow to make a screenshot of your page by user with all graphic tools to show you the exact place of the issue on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I cannot find anything I dislike. The tool is awesome. A quick suggestion: it would great to have internal ticket system, or a simple tool that will provide a quick respond or thanks to a user for the submitted bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A quick response system to the submitter would be great. Or at least when you choose - "close" the issue it would be great to notify the submitter with a "thank you" email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
