What do you like best?
Oustanding API! Detailed, very intuitive and I love that it's in XML which is much easier to work with and read than JSON in my opinion. Tech support was very helpful and response as well for integration.
What do you dislike?
The UI portal could use a refresh, but I like how it allows you to track transactions by a common order ID for reconciliation. AVS/CVV reporting could be improved, it's not always accurate, eg. sometimes if a street address is incorrect a card will decline, yet the AVS result is 'OK'.

Yapstone has been a tremendous help for our business--reliable processing, no downtime to speak of, and helpful support. It's been a system we can count on to help grow our business.
