We use it to share news about the company, news about ourselves, news in general, as well as comics and tech news. It's a good way to share more social content like team photos etc widely. **What do you dislike about Viva Engage?** It's easy to lose notifications/new posts in the noise. Yammer's user interface is very remarkable. **What do you dislike about Viva Engage?** until now I didn't have any major issues while using yammer. however, it doesn't give adequate recommendations about collages that use yammer, and the home screen has jumbled information that you can't filter by interest, but overall it's a fantastic application. **What problems is Viva Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** There isn't a social networking platform like Yammer for cooperative colleagues that allows for thought-sharing. Everyone inside the organization can easily create announcements using this platform. Everyone can communicate with staff members from various departments.
