## About Xenqu
Xenqu is an AI-native platform that collects, verifies, and closes out the documents, forms, and data other people owe your business. Most teams do not have a storage problem. They have a chasing problem. Someone ends up emailing and texting the same person three times, checking by hand whether a file is legible or expired, and answering the same question for the fifth time - while the case sits open and the work waits. Xena, Xenqu's AI teammate, does that work instead. She sends the request, follows up on her own across email and text until it is done, and checks what comes back - flagging anything expired, fraudulent, or incomplete before it ever reaches a human. Documents that expire get chased before they lapse, not after. Xenqu is built for teams whose work depends on collecting things from other people: licenses, W-9s, certificates of insurance, IDs, signed forms, and certifications. It is used across staffing and vendor onboarding, trucking and DOT compliance, home care, and immigration. **What do you like best about Xenqu?**

I'm not as familiar with alternatives, but not a fan of Xenqu.

**What do you dislike about Xenqu?**

Customer service is really weak. They won't get on the phone with you and will just email back and forth despite asking multiple times for a call to resolve something. Reporting is a nightmare because instead of, say, a UI to build a report, you have to edit their code directly. Poor implementation to link Xenqu data to Salesforce and little help to make sense of your own data.

**What problems is Xenqu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We (try to) use Xenqu to manage employee credentials.
