Poor reporting and implementation support/bad customer service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023 **What do you like best about Xenqu?** I'm not as familiar with alternatives, but not a fan of Xenqu. **What do you dislike about Xenqu?** Customer service is really weak. They won't get on the phone with you and will just email back and forth despite asking multiple times for a call to resolve something. Reporting is a nightmare because instead of, say, a UI to build a report, you have to edit their code directly. Poor implementation to link Xenqu data to Salesforce and little help to make sense of your own data. **What problems is Xenqu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We (try to) use Xenqu to manage employee credentials. ### 2.
