# Are there ethics and compliance training platforms that make the modules genuinely engaging for employees rather than something everyone clicks through as fast as possible?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I'll put this question to the G2 software reviewers and researchers here: Are there<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ethics-and-compliance-learning"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ethics-and-compliance-learning">ethics and compliance learning</a> platforms that make the modules genuinely engaging, instead of something people click through as fast as possible? </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We've all met the compliance module that's really just a "Next" button with a legal disclaimer bolted on, with everyone racing the timer, nobody retaining a word. From what I saw, a few that come up for actually pulling it off are EasyLlama, KnowBe4 Compliance Plus, Ethena, and Traliant. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’d love your take on them and I’ve an honest question on each:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/easyllama/reviews"><strong>EasyLlama</strong></a>: It’s best known for bite-sized, mobile-first "episodes" that mix video, interactive scenarios, and real-life examples. But does the short-episode format hold up on the dense topics (data privacy, AML), or is it strongest on the human ones like harassment?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/knowbe4-compliance-plus/reviews"><strong>KnowBe4 Compliance Plus</strong></a>: It also provides short, interactive modules with simulated real-life scenarios that are dripped out in small doses across the year. I want to know is the engagement in the content itself, or mostly in breaking annual training into snackable pieces?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ethena/reviews"><strong>Ethena</strong></a>: Its entire pitch is training employees like modern, relatable, un-boring, and reviewers on G2 largely back that up. Does that likability translate into behavior change, or just into people minding it less?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/traliant/reviews"><strong>Traliant</strong></a>: TV-style, Hollywood-produced episodes with branching “pick what happens next" scenarios. It's the most cinematic of the bunch. Does the production value keep paying off past the first episode?</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Beyond wanting to know which is genuinely engaging, I want to know if engaging actually shows up as retention or behavior change or as higher completion rates? </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d separate engagement into three levels: people complete the course, people remember the lesson, and people actually change their behavior. A platform can be strong at the first without proving much about the other two.&lt;/p&gt;
