Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise Xcode for its seamless integration with the Apple ecosystem, which simplifies the development process for iOS and macOS applications. The all-in-one environment, featuring tools like the simulator and debugging capabilities, enhances productivity and streamlines workflows. However, many note that it can be resource-intensive, leading to slow performance on larger projects.

"Beautiful, sleek, professional editor"
What do you like best about Xcode?

I like Xcode because it’s nice, sleek, and efficient. Despite there being a few cons to this program, Xcode has many pros. Xcode is built for Mac which makes it work very well. I like how there are many people around the world that use the program. This gives it support if there ever comes a problem in the software. The software handles Swift and Objective-C natively and can also handle other languages such as C++. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcode?

I don’t like how it crashes from time to time. Once in a while, Xcode will just crash for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"XCode Review"
What do you like best about Xcode?

The iPhone emulator is really good as compared to Android emulator of Android Studio.

The auto-completion is also strong and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcode?

There is a learning curve for XCode. You need to use it for some time to figure out what is what and where is what. I would say IntelliJ IDE's are much more intuitive in that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
