**What do you like best about Xakia?**

One of the key strengths of Xakia is its ability to centralize information and create consistency across the team. The platform allows for better oversight of litigation, improved collaboration, and more structured processes, which has driven meaningful efficiencies in our day-to-day operations. Its reporting and data capabilities also provide valuable insights that support more informed decision-making and resource allocation.

While Xakia has been highly effective overall, there are opportunities for enhanced customization, more flexible reporting capabilities, and deeper system integrations to further optimize the user experience and fully support more complex workflows.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xakia has proven to be a powerful and user-friendly solution that has enhanced both the structure and efficiency of our legal function. I would strongly recommend it to any legal team looking to modernize operations, improve visibility, and drive more strategic value.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

I find Xakia most useful for tracking files, especially with the integration with SEDNA, which is critical for me. This integration allows me to track my emails relating to a specific file and see all emails related to that file. Additionally, the ability to generate reports is quite helpful. Xakia does what it needs to, and the initial setup was simple enough; it was easy to use and intuitional. I also appreciate the Xakia staff, who tend to be quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

The report parameters cannot easily be changed. It's not straightforward to input custom fields on reports other than Excel reports.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Xakia for tracking files and generating reports. The integration with SEDNA is critical, allowing me to track emails related to specific files.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

Xakia is a really easy to use, intuitive interface that does not require a lot of training to master.  Our legal team were able to pick it up really quickly, which made adoption a lot easier.  I like the way information is presented with a lot of space and clear headings, so it is easy to read.  The integration with iManage is seamless and very reliable - a huge benefit!  The integration settings are very straight forward to configure and adjust if needed.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

In the Dashboard view, you can't scroll down or across, meaning that some information is not visible on the page.  This can be resolved by zooming out, but I wish you could see it by scrolling.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xakia has helped us to improve legal in-take, day to day matter management and external law firm invoicing.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

This is a beautiful product. It performs exactly as intended, thanks to its intuitive user interface. Unlike many other systems that attempt to address every legal department issue and end up cluttered and overpriced as a result, Xakia stays focused and efficient. Xakia's customer service is outstanding, whether through their FAQ articles, chat, live online support, or our dedicated customer rep. We use Xakia for matter management and spend management.  We have not yet used it for intake.  Have been a customer for 4+ years (though spend management for just the last few months).

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

Nothing for what is designed to do.  Eventually would like to see a more robust contract management system (advanced workflows, AI for saving documents and suggested paths, etc.) and ebilling (true ebilling, not just spend management which is kind of a lite version).  Then we would have a single platform for all.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data analytics on matters, including visibility of matters by attorney, division, category, etc. , volume, and historical comparisons.  Tracking of legal spend with approval workflows.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

AMAZING customer service! We onboarded Xakia almost six months ago, and the process was smooth and easy to follow with guidance from the Xakia team. We have implemented legal intake and matter management, as well as email filing through Outlook and Sharepoint integration. We are slowly rolling out auto-docs for low-risk contracts, and our reports are giving us deeper insight into how we’re resourcing our matters.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

Xakia is continually development new tools, and we look forward to working with them to meet the needs of our team as we identify gaps for improvement in service delivery to the fast paced, heavily regulated environment.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboards and reports provide hard data for resourcing issues.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

The personalised customer support we’ve received has been fantastic, both during implementation and throughout our ongoing use. Xakia’s team is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback and the product is continually improving. 

We’ve also found the reporting functionality helpful once you become familiar with it. There are multiple ways to filter and visualise the data captured to draw meaningful insights.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

Field customisation can be limited. For instance, it would be nice to be able to add or change the names of the Matter Status options to better suit our work.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xakia has helped us streamline our legal matter management and integrates seamlessly with our document management system, iManage.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

I like the simplistic user interface of Xakia. It doesn't need to be flashy; it just needs to work, and it works by keeping track of data. I appreciate how it asks very direct targeted questions to legal requesters and integrates with NetBox, which provides seamless interaction.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

Xakia needs to adopt AI quickly, as other legal software has started moving in that direction. However, there needs to be a balance in doing so without making the interface more complex. Also, it would be helpful to have a simple contract redlining feature, which could be available on a more expensive tier or as an add-on.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Xakia to streamline legal intake, creating a one-stop shop for request submissions and FAQs, reducing emails to individual counsel. It integrates with NetBox, saving time with automatic matter folder creation.

There are so many things I like - it is user friendly and well designed; the support team were amazing with implementing and integration; the analytics and reports are insightful; and we are excited by the additional features and the improvements the Xakia development team continue to roll out!

I'm struggling to think of any... our legal team and clients are loving it!

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s still early days for us using Xakia, but the data is already providing valuable insights. We’re now able to manage deadlines and resourcing more effectively, identify low-risk contracts that could be automated, track where our work originates within the business, and demonstrate our team’s strategic value to the organisation.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

It is extremely easy to use. The support provided to myself and my team from Xakia is absolutely brilliant. not only do they provided support via AI, they also have a team of real life staff members waiting to assist you at every point. Implementing Xakia was very easy. I use it multiple times on a daily basis. I absolutely couldn't do my job now without Xakia. Managing our legal intake matters is now much easier. We have an integration with iManage which is seamless. I absolutely love it.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

No real downsides to Xakia that I can find. I wish we had it years ago, it would have saved us a lot of headaches.

Xakia is solving problems with matter management, reporting and analytics.

Ease of use. I also really appreciate how quick the customer service team is.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

There are a couple of features I would like to have. I would like to be able to create a general matter then be able to create "mini-matters" within the main matter to track general tasks and docs.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting, task tracking and matter management have been the biggest help so far.

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

The team on the Xakia helpdesk are incredibly responsive, and suggestions for enhancement to the system are shared across all Xakia clients as applicable.

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

As with all new systems, especially when making significant customisation, there were a few teething problems, however, these were not significant and were easily and efficiently resolved.

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uniting Vic Tas required a client safeguarding investigation management system to replace our tired Access Database (and excel spreadsheet prior to that), which were unstable, had limited functionality and no automation.  Xakia was recommended to Uniting Vic Tas as a potential solution, and the results have been outstanding, including: 
•	improved efficiency entering matters
•	greater oversight of matters in progress
•	simple search functionality
•	streamlining of investigation processes
•	information and documentation relating to matters stored and accessed through the one location
•	improved report production, including real time reporting through dashboards
•	as an end user, our ability to customize certain changes ourselves is available

**What do you like best about Xakia?**

Ease of implementation-we were up and running within one day. No change management lift comparable to other matter management platforms. Dashboards are fantastic and interactive. Reporting is robust and easy to understand. Integrations are best in class. 

**What do you dislike about Xakia?**

There have been some occasional bugs but all fixed very quickly. No real cons. 

**Recommendations to others considering Xakia:**

This is best matter management tool on the market. 

**What problems is Xakia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminated manual reporting process fire drills and now we can deliver real-time, clear, concise reports that give the legal team and company executives a fuller understanding of the legal department. Now we have immediate visibility for the team and management about "who is working on what" questions. We are now proactive strategic business partners rather than always reacting. We allocate resources more effectively and have greatly improved workflows.
