What do you like best about Xakia?

I find Xakia most useful for tracking files, especially with the integration with SEDNA, which is critical for me. This integration allows me to track my emails relating to a specific file and see all emails related to that file. Additionally, the ability to generate reports is quite helpful. Xakia does what it needs to, and the initial setup was simple enough; it was easy to use and intuitional. I also appreciate the Xakia staff, who tend to be quite helpful. What do you dislike about Xakia?

What do you like best about Xakia?

Xakia is a really easy to use, intuitive interface that does not require a lot of training to master. Our legal team were able to pick it up really quickly, which made adoption a lot easier. I like the way information is presented with a lot of space and clear headings, so it is easy to read. The integration with iManage is seamless and very reliable - a huge benefit! What do you dislike about Xakia?

In the Dashboard view, you can't scroll down or across, meaning that some information is not visible on the page. This can be resolved by zooming out, but I wish you could see it by scrolling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xakia?

This is a beautiful product. It performs exactly as intended, thanks to its intuitive user interface. Unlike many other systems that attempt to address every legal department issue and end up cluttered and overpriced as a result, Xakia stays focused and efficient. Xakia's customer service is outstanding, whether through their FAQ articles, chat, live online support, or our dedicated customer rep. We use Xakia for matter management and spend management. We have not yet used it for intake. Have been a customer for 4+ years (though spend management for just the last few months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xakia?

Nothing for what is designed to do. Eventually would like to see a more robust contract management system (advanced workflows, AI for saving documents and suggested paths, etc.) and ebilling (true ebilling, not just spend management which is kind of a lite version). What do you like best about Xakia?

AMAZING customer service! We onboarded Xakia almost six months ago, and the process was smooth and easy to follow with guidance from the Xakia team. We have implemented legal intake and matter management, as well as email filing through Outlook and Sharepoint integration. We are slowly rolling out auto-docs for low-risk contracts, and our reports are giving us deeper insight into how we’re resourcing our matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xakia?

The personalised customer support we’ve received has been fantastic, both during implementation and throughout our ongoing use. Xakia’s team is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback and the product is continually improving.

What do you dislike about Xakia?

What do you like best about Xakia?

I like the simplistic user interface of Xakia. It doesn't need to be flashy; it just needs to work, and it works by keeping track of data. What do you dislike about Xakia?

Xakia needs to adopt AI quickly, as other legal software has started moving in that direction. However, there needs to be a balance in doing so without making the interface more complex. What do you like best about Xakia?

It is extremely easy to use. The support provided to myself and my team from Xakia is absolutely brilliant. not only do they provided support via AI, they also have a team of real life staff members waiting to assist you at every point. Implementing Xakia was very easy. I use it multiple times on a daily basis. I absolutely couldn't do my job now without Xakia. Managing our legal intake matters is now much easier.
