The company has to to redisign the process for manual forecat adjustments to allow instant sync. The tool is slow to refresh data. The tool also needs to have more flexibilitiy to adjust out-of-the-box solution and map it appropriately to customer needs. Health Score must be modernized and redesigned and must be more predictive and must allow for "if" statements. Reports design must be modernized as well. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem that Xactly forecasting is solving is data consolidation. Easy to configure new plan designs and offers effective different ways to design the same thing, giving options to simplify the configuration. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Manual order adjustments or Retro changes to prior period has been very manual and requires additonal checks. Analytics reporting can get challenging if you don't know all the Incent schemas, none the less creating reports with ease has been challenging. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimizing commissions. It benefits from easy config setup and automated commissions. Because of the platform's capacity to slice data by segment, it really feels as though you don't need to spend any more time within the platform than necessary. You can find information about sales by virtually any segment, without diving sub-report after sub-report to get there. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Small item here, but I think, in some places, the UI can be improved. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly can help our organizaion solve a few problems. I also love there is an integration to salesforce so reps can see real-time commission data. To add on, the statement view is clean and easy for reps to read. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** The reporting dashboard is not intuitive and hard to setup, as well as programming. We have to outsource for both of these and it would be great if we could easily do ourself. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly helps solve our incentive statements. Since I started at Zoom everything was very clear in terms of the incetives I receive not needing to ask about it from my leaders anymore since the data backs up everything and gives me a clear picture of what I earned and possibly lack. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly lets me know where I'm at and where I need to be. Sometimes our data in saleforce takes some mapping and cleaning, but once it connects it's up to date. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the many different pieces of our comp plan it's almost impossible to manually calculate commission on complicated sales.
