I like that Workzone keeps track of projects, making sure everything that needs to be done gets done. The approvals feature is great for ensuring all required reviewers review before publishing, which helps us move away from an unmanaged, undocumented email system. I enjoy having all the features I need without Workzone being overkill like MS Project. We recently started using the request function, allowing people without a Workzone login to enter requests, which is great. The initial setup was really easy, and the challenging part was just getting templates created with the right dependencies and timing for tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workzone? I think it's more of a learning curve or UX thing. The UI could be more intuitive.
