&lt;p&gt;The bi-directional part is what I’d test hardest. Syncing employee records sounds simple until the same field can be edited in both systems. I’d want to see what happens when Workforce Now and Dynamics 365 disagree on a record, which system wins, and whether the connector surfaces the conflict or silently overwrites it. That exception handling probably matters more to a small team than raw sync speed.&lt;/p&gt;
