## Learn:Up Reviews
  ### 1. Pretty intuitive for a complex product & great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel B. | Director of People Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Great support among your implementation/onboarding and ongoing support teams. I love that we had so much hand holding throughout our ramp & whenever we need inbetween.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It doesn't integrate with our PEO (Justworks), so we have to manually add our employees to the system, which means it doesn't automatically update title or manager changes.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to take all of my existing training content that I was running synchronously and add it to workramp, so that folks can navigate training at their own pace. This was a HUGE improvement to my day to day life in L&D.

  ### 2. Multi-faceted and Intuitive Learning Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I appreciate and utilize the Events feature the most frequently.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Some of the features lack the ability to customize, as well as some bumpiness in how it integrates with things like Outlook calendars.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp provides an easy way to provide training, particularly Onboarding for our new employees.

  ### 3. Easy to use and set up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Their onboarding was really helpful. They have a knowledgeable team, and their interface is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Takes a lot of time to stand up, they could benefit from some Generative AI assisted tooling

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us educate our customers and partners at scale

  ### 4. WorkRamp helps our teams and customers learn our product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp has been a crucial part in our company's learning. We have internal and external training and the option to have both is so good.
The internal training allows our new hires to get started and knowing how to use our product quickly.
The external is just as awesome to help customers understand our product and how to use it

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Two small things
* the puzzle piece question thing- if you have two same answers you have to match to the exact one, they can't be interchanged
* The recent changes to the drafts. it's frustrating and often my content gets wiped ( even though it auto saves) I miss having a save draft button.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our new hires/customers ramped up on the product and how to use it.
Training for feature releases coming out, specific third part integrations troubleshooting/ training.

  ### 5. Easy Implementation + Ongoing Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabel R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Workramp's team makes this product shine. Their Support, Implementation, and Product teams have made themselves available and indispensable to me as an L&D team of one.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I encounter bugs around reporting semi-frequently. The support team is always there to help, or to escalate needs to their backend team. Their responsiveness wins the day in the end.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp helped us streamline our onboarding for new hires, making sure that knowledge sharing is easy, accessible, and trackable. We've seen great success in bringing new hires into the fold with helpful paths designed by role.

  ### 6. Helpful Onboarding LMS!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I use WorkRamp to manage mulitple onboarding programs. It has been so helpful to automate the process and I have appreciated the way the platform has improved over time based on requests and issues brought to the support team. There have been some major improvements rolled out recently especially with integration of AI. I use it daily and while it took a little bit of a learning curve at first, two years in, I am so grateful for this LMS!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It has sometimes been challenging to get clear data and reports for a massive program but we just learned that AI support for this is coming!

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp really solved the problem of keeping track of a comprehensive, fast-paced onboarding program with new hires onboarding regularly.

  ### 7. Amazing LMS tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp is extremely comprehensive and does so much more than other LMS's I have worked with; yet it is still pretty easy to understand and very user friendly.
I access WorkRamp almost every day, either building guides and paths or training with it, and I can say I actually enjoy using it!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I’ve only had a few minor technical issues, but their support team is amazing and always on top of any situation that arises.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not currently having any problems.

  ### 8. Yes, but it requires a lot of effort to create a multimodal learning experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alta D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Ability to create quizzes, and easy to use functionality + project managing the process of delivering courses

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The interface can be a bit hard to navigate, and it is easy to fall into the trap of building courses that are text heavy and become dry for learners to absorb

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the project managing on data/information on who is enrolled in a given course
easy to build courses
easy to book live sessions

  ### 9. VP of Sales and Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkEamp is incredibly easy to use, and the solution is scalable. We saw opportunity in training our sales staff with WorkRamp, and quickly found ways to support far more of our business units!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I truly don't have downsides of using WorkRamp.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is allowing us to have a structured training program, with accountability, and reporting on how people are learning. It creates a sense of comfort and legitimacy for our team.

  ### 10. Works well for trainings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Workramp has been easy to use and our team has adopted the platform very quickly. I am able to add new trainings in a matter a minutes

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I wish that workramp was a bit more customizable with video. I also do wish that we were able to access the files outside of the platform in a easier way.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with onboarding and general trainining

  ### 11. Great Low-Lift LMS Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Very easy to implement and create content. Like the content authoring tools. Implementation team has been awesome to work with. Very simple and easy to navigate admin platform.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

There are a number of enhancements I'd like to see that would really elevate the admin functionality, including branded/customizable notifications and more flexibility in the automation rules.

Important to note - since the content authoring is native to WR, guides cannot be exported to another platform.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't previously have an LMS, so WR is allowing us to build interactive learning experiences at scale, helping us onboard and train employees more quickly.

  ### 12. Best LMS I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I love the ability to eaily separate Employee & Customer LMS, as well as the customization available. Our customer success team is also A+, always available via slack or email.

I had never used Workramp before and it was so easy to implement. We had a dedicated team (shoutout Nora) who was so patient with us.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The only complaint I have is that when a learner answers a question incorrectly, they can move forward and then at the end of the course it's not clear what Guide the incorrect answer is on.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to have one central location to train our new employees and our customers.

  ### 13. Easy to use platform that makes effective learning materials more accessible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

How easy it is to create structured learning materials using a variety of mediums and integrations.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The ability to manipulate the design/UI is a little limited.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is giving us the ability to break longer form learning materials into bit sized pieces, that better engage the end-user. This makes the learning experience more enjoyable and effective.

  ### 14. we recently adopted workramp and really like It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle L. | account executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

i like the ability to "force" learners to pay attention with knowledge checks. After multiple years doing zoom trainings, it's really hard to pay attention and ensure engagement.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

it's harder to make content in workramp than It is to make google slides

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving for engagement, knowledge checks, and "refreshes" that would not require a full training.

  ### 15. Wonderful platform for enabling your team‘s learning!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp is an easy-to-use, structured and varied platform with lots of different features for making the learning experience a great and efficient one. I particularly like the statistics feature, which tracks participation and results! The variety of learning elements make for a distinguished learning experience, suitable for all learner types.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I have no dislikes about Workramp at this point!

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Workramp to facilitate eLearns and weekly learning sessions for our team, to keep them up to date on launches and changes within the company. Workramp supports us with this by providing an easy to use platform and digestible user interfaces.

  ### 16. Matches our L&D Growth step by step!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracie V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

The ease of use and creation techniques! Our associates have said the system stands head and shoulders above our old LMS in user capability, content creation, and visuals.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

General most issues are quickly resolved - I would like to have auto assignments by a specific calendar date (rtaher than timeframe passed), and the ability to override to ush through an assignment to everyone (regardless if they have completed it in the past).

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has become our one-stop for holding corporate manuals, associate education, HR required training and more. In the past, each LOB had it's own LMS vendor. By creating a partnership with WorkRamp, we've been able to streamline our LMS, save money, and create easily digestible content. Having one LMS has made all LOB in our organization able to find content easily and strengthen the communication lines, rather than having siloed training.
One area I really like about WorkRamp is they listen to our suggestions and work with us to resolve and adjust the system to meet our growing needs!

  ### 17. Technology Instructor digs WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan D. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp was super intuitive and easy for me to learn how to use. I was up and running after a short walk through with an experienced user. Being new to the training side of technology, it was nice to have a tool to easily convert what I know to something that end users of our software could understand.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It was a little bit difficult to navigate and locate existing content. Part of my responsibility was to find and update old content from a technology perspective. Once I overcame that hurdle, I didn't have another complaint.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching the technical aspects of the software and its use to sales users is a new concept at my company. Being able to add a technical perspective to existing content as well as create new lessons was the primary need that WorkRamp meets for us. Being able to gather immediate feedback is a hude plus as well.

  ### 18. Honest review for Workramp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I love how we can customize how our training materials and online quizzes using different features like flip card or matching. It enables our learners to fully grasp the project guidelines on a fun and interactive way.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I am hoping you can improve the interface by allowing the users to put items not just vertically, but horizontally lie we can put 2 or 3 flip cards in 1 row instead of adding them 1 card to another.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure what are their current fixes at the moment.

  ### 19. WorkRamp has it's pros and cons

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Creating content is straightforward and easy. Biggest benefit is being able to track progress and hold people accountable for not completing any modules. Notifications system is also handy.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It's difficult to use content in WorkRamp as reference material after modules have been completed. There doesn't seem to be an easy way share content or link directly to it if you want to send someone to a specific section as a refresher after they've completed the training.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps scale onboarding and makes it more trackable

  ### 20. Small Learning Curve, Great Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dexter W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp is extremely easy to configure and has a small learning curve. The ease of customization makes it the go-to for all of our training needs.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp sometimes has syncing issues, however it has only happened once or twice.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new users and employees - new feature guides

  ### 21. Workramp for Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alana E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

It is nice to keep everything in one place and create courses for our onboarding team. We will be using this in place of our slideshows and PowerPoint! It was also easy to get out to everyone on our team and we will be using this very often!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The full ease of copying and pasting previous content, takes more time than we would like

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our clients to do learning on their own, it's saving us time in calls and onboarding processes

  ### 22. Great LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie D. | Practice Solutions Expert, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

The ability to have zoom recording within the system allows me to score reps for their product demonstrations

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The marking review could be a little easier to find

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability for our sales reps to access training on demand is key for us to scale our learning

  ### 23. Workramp for new employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Takes pressure off of managers and employees to explain detailed processes. Managers can refer to the guide and employees can learn at their own pace. If an employee forgets something, they can refer to a workramp guide before going back to their manager.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Workramp is a little limited in how you structure the actual workramps, would also like more question variations at the end of guides.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves our managers time by allowing workers to refer to centrally located guides

  ### 24. WorkRamp Continues to be an Effective LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp is clean and clear in its organizational structure. Training and documents are easily identifiable and the tools for creating organizational structure are easy to use and straightforward. The gamification capability for WorkRamp is well-created as well. With badges and leaderboards, training is able to be transformed from rote tasks into something more enlivening.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The UI of WorkRamp is somewhat basic. While I don't doubt that future development will begin to update this, the card or tile views from the home page are bland. The organizational structure is easy to use and follow, but simultaneously boring and somewhat bare bones in look and feel.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized training platform where all employees and clientele are able to receive accurate product training.

  ### 25. User Friendly LMS Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

One on one meetings with WorkRamp to advise on building out courses.
User friendly for both admin and students.
Easy to build courses with a sleek design.
AI assist.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

There is nothing specific I dislike about WorkRamp. It would be nice to be able to hire out someone to build the courses, but our information is too niche.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has streamlined our onboarding process and made new hires more confiendent more quickly.

  ### 26. Excited to get started!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Of 8 different lms softwares we tried, Workramp was the most user-friendly and straightforward without compromising on features and customization. Definitely the best of both worlds!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

There could be additional formatting features, like saving preset fonts to help streamline content creation processes.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so many teams that all require different training, and constantly update our softwares which requires regular training of our teammembers on these updates. Now we have a central hub to organize and implement all that training.

  ### 27. Best platform ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

The ability to quickly record videos on zoom, upload them to Workramp and create organized, efficient training is great. The academy is easy to set up and wonderful to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The text editor for writing content. That thing is seriously primative. Also, there needs to be more flexibility for question types and multiple choice questions should have the answered scrambled automatically.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can scale our consulting practice and rapidly move new consultants to higher billable utilization.

  ### 28. Instrumental in our day to day development.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I am able to track where the team are in their learning.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Nothing at the moment. They are very helpful.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see who is engaged with their learning.

  ### 29. Really Useful Tool for Internal Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan T. | Videographer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

We use WorkRamp for all of our internal training, as well as a place to put all of our All-Hands meetings. WorkRamp makes it easy to have a central location for everything we want to share within the company.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Video uploads can be a headache sometimes. More often than not, I have to compress long video files pretty heavily to get them to upload. A suggestion would be working with larger file sizes and then WorkRamp would compress it automatically to fit the right bandwidth for the user watching.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central location for all internal training and event viewing is key to a growing global organization. WorkRamp helps us achieve all of that and makes it easy for everyone to get what they need.

  ### 30. Highly advanced and user friendly LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nuzeefa S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Interactive features and questions that aid with learning quickly. Cue cards, notes, embedded links and support for GIF are all really amazing features that make learning and training fun.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It does not allow you to overwrite on the wrong answers and I have to manually go check the 2nd attempt made by anyone. Also it does not send me the notification via email as it normally does for submission, if someone has reattempted the question.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning and training has become much more easier. Its possible to create a group for the same department and assign them the same learning module. also if there are any updates, we can just edit the existing module and its automatically updated for everyone. This helps keep things streamlined and clutter free.

  ### 34. Navigating ramp is user friendly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** irma c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Availability is endless. A variety of courses are available and easy to access. We use it to train our drivers so we want to feel confident they are receiving as much information as possible.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It may become a little overwhelming with options.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It cuts down on face to face presentation time. All topics are covered in the videos and tests WorkRamp provides.

  ### 35. One-stop-shop for all upskilling and onboarding needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

allows you to see progress in real-time, very user-friendly and intuitive, essential in some of the processes for onboarding from uploading videos, answering multiple choice questions to short and longer answers, very easy to set up and implement

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

haven't seen a collaboration function in the app that allows the different members of a cohort or department to share

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting onboarded to a new company with multiple product lines and multiple buyers and decision-makers can be daunting, WorkRamp makes it easier to do that

  ### 36. Easy to use LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathleen S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

The ease of use is unlike any other (always more complicated) solutions. Setup is beyond easy, assignment and tracking is a dream.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Honestly not much, I would like to be able to customize employee communications and notifications by curricula, but I can live without it.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me workramp solves our compliance training - it benefits me because they make it incredibly easy.

  ### 37. A great LMS that's easy to build in. They're always improving the product.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

The WYSIWYG is great. Very easy to learn. Video uploads are easy and it's relatively intuitive to administrate if you're used to enterprise software. We've had /really, really/ good in-person support and I've found it easy to get answers from their help center documentation. You can use SCORM files, create your own training, string it into guides, etc. I don't have a lot of in-depth experience with other LMS systems but this is definitely the best of what I've tested and it's miles better than an intranet or manual administration.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

We've had issue with both end users and new admins struggling to understand elements of the system. On the end user side, I think the homepage could use a redesign and finding content libraries could be easier. Our biggest issue on the admin side has been how clunky some of the reporting tools can be. Great news, they're fixing that! That's one of the best things about workramp. They really seem committed to listening and improving on a reasonable cadence.

This has been less of an issue for us lately, but we had some of our folks in Australia have trouble with video buffering. Our solution to that was letting them download the videos, which is an inbuilt option. We haven't had any complaints for quite some time but you may want to do an across-the-pond test before buying if you're a global company.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LMS management, general tool and culture training. Proof of educating our employees about topics required for certification.

  ### 38. The Organization's 1st Universal LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn P. | Director of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp will change how our organization delivers our compliance and developmental training. Instead of scheduling another meeting or meetings, we can assign courses to our Team Members or have them select a learning pathway on their own time but within the required deadline. From the initial sales process, onboarding, and after-purchase support, the experience has been beyond what I envisioned. The organization is also purchasing the Academy module for the congregants to use in ministry school and courses.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

There is no preview function for either the Employer or Academy modules. Other LMSs I tested so the end-user could preview it's functionality prior to purchasing.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to deliver compliance, developmental and education learning tools without needing a meeting or classroom experience; this provides the opportunity to offer these tools at the learners pace. Additionally, in an effort standardize and synchronize our systems, processes and procedures, WorkRamp allows us to use one platform with difference audience modules to accomplish that end.

  ### 39. Positive, Lightweight LMS Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Amazing bang for your buck
Easy to get trained on how to build content
AMAZING implementation experience

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

There are definitely more bells and whistles tools out there on dynamism, scoring, etc.
UI/UX could be more streamlined

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidated training and education. Confirmation of completion/certification

  ### 40. G2 end user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

it is easy to follow
it is customisabel (for the sales enablement tam, makes it nice to use as an end-user)
nice layout

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

sometimes the menu and back bar can be a bit difficlt to find. minor UI issue.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an enduser, it gave my team a standardised training experience. It also allowed us to train independantly, espeically on topics that are industry and product basaed.

  ### 41. Limited experience but simple interface

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

It's a very simple interface with lots of blank space and seemingly intuitive management of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It seems a bit basic, not sure if there are more customisation features but the design is lacking.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy place to aggregate learning and development materials in my organisation

  ### 42. Excellent for both internal teams and customers

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I have not run into any major snags with using workramp

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer base can be hard to wrangle for training. It is really easy to get them training on their own terms this way

  ### 43. Great App for our Company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

We use it most for doing trainings and surveys

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

I wish there was a way to manipulate the data from surveys

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us create an easeful onboarding process with our new hires. It's a great way to do trainings for our staff.

  ### 44. Great software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingrid M. | Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

I like the UI, it is intuitive, easy to use and clean. It's great to check the progress of the trainings and the fact that we can easily see where we stopped in case we didn't finish on the same day, so we can catch up. I also love the fact that it is easy to find the ones in progress, the overdue, completed and archived. The content used is also very good, since it supports text, videos, quiz and puzzles, making it interactive and less lecture heavy.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Honestly I cannot think of anything I don't like about it, since the platform is very easy and intuitive.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the corporate learning problem, with a great and user friendly platform. Trainings can be boring and time consuming, but WorkRamp made it easy diving the content in sections and making it interactive with their features.

  ### 45. Very good tool to transfer knowledge

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

Easy to create guides to teach new things/processes to the team.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

So far, nothing that I can think of. Everything that I've used has been working as expected.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of properly training other team members and making sure that everybody learns the same things.

  ### 46. Workramp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

How easy it is to add training video and assign it to users

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Need more security admin controls in place to not have to make everyone admins

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single place for training or company info

  ### 47. Great for Learners, a bit complicated to administrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

WorkRamp generally works as advertised. It's architecture is strong, meaning that it rarely breaks.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

The experience is very linear. Creators are unable to randomize questions. Once a lesson is assigned, the due date cannot be easily altered. The interface can be quite confusing at times.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an asynchronous company with no central office. We rely on an LMS to teach every employee about our company, product, and processes. For the most part, the software is easy for our employees to access and use.

  ### 48. Workramp is very easy to use to build your training materials.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

Difficult for new users to navigate through Dashboard and find what they need.

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping eliminate the need for 1:1 training allowing us to scale our business.

  ### 49. Learning easy and fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Learn:Up?**

**What do you dislike about Learn:Up?**

It doesn't let you go onto the next question until all of the above are answered

**What problems is Learn:Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's faster to learn about my position

  ### 50. Easy and informative!
