The overall experience is user-friendly and there are options to enter data through the software or upload it after preparing it on a template. Data Validation also ensures erronous entries in the system are avoided easing the reconciliation process. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?** Lack of industry and business specific features for the Housing sector. There are no videos available online for new users to utilise so they can familiarise with how to get the best out of the software especially for reporting purposes. I believe there is alot the software can offer which is being missed out just because of lack of knowledge about what features Advanced Financials can provide. Never experienced any slacking performance or downtime, support readily available from those in our organisation who were trained on it on implementation. We purchased I believe as part of a package with MRI Housing, the invoice matching integration is great for our organisation. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?** There isn't really anything I've experienced that I dislike - the software works perfectly for what I use it for (primarily raising PO's, confirming receipt of them, dealing with any variations in them). **What problems is OneAdvanced Financials solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helped streamline our purchasing so we are saving a lot of time and money there. Invoice matching is also greatly helping our Finance team again with saving time and money. ### 3. The integration elements are beneficial as they eliminate manual processes, like downloading and uploading information between systems, which streamlines our operations. The system also supports our reporting needs effectively. I particularly value Jasper reports for management reporting and the procurement portal that efficiently processes purchase orders and invoices. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?** Technical support for the system needs improvement. The initial setup was quite problematic. **What problems is OneAdvanced Financials solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneAdvanced Financials integrates with our core systems, eliminating manual data transfer tasks. It supports our reporting needs and features a user-friendly setup. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024 **What do you like best about OneAdvanced Financials?** The PO Portal is more user friendly for non finance users than the finance system. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?** I have no real power as an admin. Can't change the time before it logs you out of the server. Always errors happening. Takes ages for customer service to resolve an issue and always pass the buck back to us but after having to go back and forth, resolve the issue but it takes a lot of convincing that it isn't on our side. Had an issue with credits being transferred on the ITK and took almost half a year to get resolved. There isn't a guide on how to do loads of admin roles in one place. Have to figure it out myself. No guide on what any of the error codes are. Plenty more other faults too such as the same invoice coming through 50 times or more everytime it refreshes and other invoices not showing up on financials. **What problems is OneAdvanced Financials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Can't phase invoices by days only by months and hasn't been solved so no benefit. **Official Response from Kenn Orocio:** > Hi, I'm sorry you're not having the best experience with our software and service.
