The usual reflex, for most people, is to google a question you have, however answers are hard to come by on Google. Instead, we are often refered to Adaptive's own training materials or forums, which aren't always the best or easy to follow or answers the question. **What problems is Workday Adaptive Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to have different versions of a budget and to making changes to the budget is fairly easy. I was actually surprised at the ability to do the financial planning portion. **What do you dislike about Workday Adaptive Planning?** not as flexible ; need to have integration with netsuite easier. this is the part for some reason we were not able to figure out but it is on my to do list to contact adaptive to figure out how to integrate because in this newer version the adaptive is directly integrated into netsuite and you don't have to log in separately to activate Adaptive. if connected then we don't have to download any data and re upload again. **Recommendations to others considering Workday Adaptive Planning:** you need to be somewhat tech savvy in order t odo this. the support that you get is not great I generally find when I have questions there is a website similar to quick books where users can share ideas. there is also a forum where you can submit questions I think and they will get back to you. compared to other software this is slightly more difficult to manuever and yet there is no actual help desk. **What problems is Workday Adaptive Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** consolidation multiple management reports. when we create comparative reports the abiity to slice and dice and multi dimensional is quite amazing, I would say it is better than hyperion. ### 16. One of our most frequently used reports is the monthly financials by department. In addition, the filter feature does not work well.
