Perhaps I miss a bit more fluidity in the timing between when the speaker talks and Wordly launches the interpretation, as well as the ability to slow down the speed at which the interpretation is delivered; it is excessively fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is how easy it is to use and the fact that it's all in real time. So users an easily communicate on the go and they dont have to go through multiple hoops like create an account. There isn't really a huge downside, but I would highly recommend that you guys provide full online tutorials and guidebooks on how meeting facilitators can use it. Its easy to use from an attendee perspective as you just have to scan the QR Code or click a link, but i am talking about the meeting facilitators who set up the Wordly session, start and end the translation, monitor that the feed is working correctly, and ensures attendees can access the QR code link. For someone in this position, more guidance on troubleshooting, configuration options, and best practices would be very helpful. Overall, it is a great tool for attendees, but free additional support materials would significantly improve the experience for those administering the sessions. It is very convienent for conference and webinar use. Easy to navigate. We have 2-3 conference a year with 500-700 attendees. 15% of the attendees need Spanish translations. I like that they can read or hear the interpertations for the sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the delay for teh translation. It has improved since we started with Wordly, but still needs improvement. Also reading it is more on target than hearing it, but the attendee needs to look at the screen or presenter and can't read the bubbles in every session. That is be biggest program. Sometimes during my show the session I create is deleted. I don't know why this happens, I am the only one that has admin rights at the conference. I like that it has a dictionary that can be customized and help improve the quality of translations, even though we do not use it enough. I also like the variety of languages that are offered, as it is quite broad and global. I dislike that we can't record in a specific language from Wordly. One of the big losses we've felt from moving from human translations was that we had duplicates of our webinars in two additional languages that were their own videos. Now, folks are reliant on their own software, or using YouTube translated captions to watch the videos back in a different language than English. Also, because it charges by the minute we use much more time than we often budget per hour, because we want to have the translations ready to go early. There may be tools for this, but I wish it was easier for the facilitator to see whether anyone is using the translations live, because if nobody is, then we wouldn't have to use up our time. Lastly, I wish the bundle of time we had to purchase was smaller. We don't use all of the time and it sometimes makes our hourly cost similar to what we would pay real humans. I like using Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation to translate teachers' classes into English and to translate documents from different languages. I appreciate its accuracy in interpretation and the ease of use of the tool. It's great that it saves us the costs of in-person interpreters, and I love the agility when using it, as I only need to have minutes available and I can use it anytime and anywhere.
