If you’re working with a software like Nektony, we recommend create an additional document with clarifying technical moments so that the translator can understand the context of the text. Also we recommend to make video calls before the work to introduce the apps and answer any possible questions about the software. Before translating Duplicate File Finder, we worked with Alconost in translating App Cleaner & Uninstaller and MacCleaner Pro, and with the tech documents and vocabulary the process is much easier and faster for the translators. Alconost supports a lot of languages, even if they don't have a specific one for your needs, they will find it. Managers can help you create a glossary for your content, perform LQA, and give you some useful tips to achieve the best quality and complete the project quickly.

I like the qualifications of the translators they work with. They are native speakers and are happy to help if you need extended explanations or synonyms, or if you have some issues with character limits.

Alconost's Nitro service is a perfect tool for getting translation just in a couple of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
