I find it inconvenient when videos are archived after a certain period. For instance, we previously added closed captions in English to a series of videos. A few years later, when we had the resources to add Spanish subtitles to the same videos, the process of unarchiving and making these changes proved to be challenging. What I like most about 3play is the customer support. We work in mass volume and most times with short turn around. no matter the askk or issue 3play is always eager and willing to help. with real people! its not just an automated message. and if you are assigned a manager, you can contact them directly which is a major plus. For the most part 3play has been awesome. but if i had to list downsides they would be:

- scc files sometimes get rejected by clients due to lag.

- files may not come in time before the weekened and then we have to wait until monday for assistance.
