They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?** The service is integrated with platforms like zoom so it's easy to install **What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?** It is integrated into zoom but not part of it so when the customer wants a translation it is required to open another window and re arrange the screen so that the meeting and the translation service fit together. **Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:** The customer service is excellent, they solve all doubts and are very patient. Their onboarding team walked me through setting up their system step by step. **What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?** The need to add my own glossary of terms, however I see how this is beneficial. **What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We ran a virtual youth summit in two languages.
