"Effortless Translation, Exceptional Project Management"

What do you like best about Andovar?

I really appreciated Andovar's project management because it made the process smooth and worry-free for us. I only had to send over our materials and have a short call, and then they took care of everything, which was really nice since we didn't have time to manage the project ourselves. The translation team did a great job with the delivery in Latin Spanish, especially considering our training materials are full of acronyms that need to be consistent. This was a crucial need for us, and the translations worked very well for our customer, getting good reviews. We were happy with how it evolved to help us expand our business in the area. Also, the combination of AI and real person review they promised was impressive and the fact that this person was based in Latin America was a big plus. Overall, we were really happy with how everything turned out, and if we continue to do business in Latin America, we'll definitely use Andovar again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They truly are the most amazing service providers in translations. Do not hesitate to make use of them.There have been a couple of challenges, including an instance where translation quality control needed attention (specifically with an Arabic translator using AI instead of correct terminology) and an issue with a corrupted file that impacted a deadline. However, the team has been responsive in addressing these concerns, and the overall commitment to partnership and competitive pricing keeps them as our preferred provider. What problems is Andovar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Andovar translates a large amount of content into 13 different languages for e-learning modules.

The content is heavy, but they were very efficient and quick in delivering the first translation. They provide very precise and clear instructions on how to follow each step of their process correctly, and answer all my questions very quickly.

If the main point of contact is absent, they always make sure that I have another contact who will answer me and who has the same level of knowledge of the project as his colleague.

A more detailed introductory overview of the workflow, especially for complex projects like video transcreation, would have been beneficial. It would help to outline the necessary information and decisions expected from us, as changes to these after a certain point can negatively impact the project. What do you dislike about Andovar?

Slowness in receiving quotes. Different people handling the quoting and the actual translation project after quote approval — which, in my opinion, leads to a lack of overall visibility and consistency in the process. I’ve often had to revise quotes myself because they varied significantly without any clear reason. Andovar translated a long (36,000 word) document from English to Portuguese. They provided a good quality translation in the time agreed. Helpfully, the Andovar team also checked the version of Portuguese used by our government partners - which is different to the version used by the general population.
