## Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful Real-Time Interpretation for International Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rai V. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The most valuable feature is the ability to automatically interpret conversations into different languages in real time. It allows our US- and Japan-based team members to communicate more effectively without requiring a separate interpreter. The platform is also convenient and helps make our meetings more inclusive for non-native English speakers.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The main downside is the cost. Although the service is useful and supports our international team well, the pricing is higher than we would prefer, especially when considering how frequently we use it. More flexible pricing options would make it easier for us to continue using the service long term.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Wordly is worth considering for companies with international or multilingual teams that regularly hold meetings across different languages. It can significantly improve understanding and participation. However, organizations should review their expected usage and budget carefully to ensure that the pricing provides sufficient value for their needs.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team works across the United States and Japan, with several members who are not native English speakers. Wordly helps reduce language barriers by providing real-time interpretation in each participant’s preferred language. This makes meetings easier to follow, improves participation, and helps ensure that important information is understood consistently across the team.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Rai, this is a thorough review and we're grateful for it. Real-time interpretation across a US / Japan team is a genuine test, and it sounds like it's making your meetings more productive. Thanks for sharing your feedback and advice.

  ### 2. Strong Security and Easy Management, but Translation Speed and Training Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Easy to set up and manage. The data security and privacy were excellent for our use case as well.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Wordly was sometimes slow to translate, and our non-technical staff found it difficult to set up and understand with minimal training. Unfortunately, this was a rushed project with very limited setup time due to the urgency.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Do lots of testing beforehand, and make sure of the customer service Wordly offers to make sure you project is setup for success.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wordly helped us interview a group of staff by translating English into multiple languages at the same time. At the time, standard AI translation tools didn’t have the functionality we needed to support multiple languages simultaneously, but Wordly did.

  ### 3. Ease of use, continuous improvement, and a very responsive Wordly team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

What I appreciate the most is the ease of use: the straightforward setup on the organization side with Wordly's onboarding for the first steps, yet very simple to use for the participants. I would add the continuous improvement of the tool, which evolves regularly, and the availability of the team, always responsive and attentive.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Nothing prohibitive. Perhaps the fact that testing the glossary is counted against the usage counter is a bit restrictive, as it forces us to limit the testing phases before the events, but it also depends on each person's budget.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

I recommend it without hesitation for any international group wishing to streamline its multilingual exchanges. My advice: prepare a glossary tailored to your business vocabulary in advance, and test the tool in a pilot meeting before a larger-scale deployment. Do not hesitate to communicate with the team about your needs and for an optimal experience; they offer good advice and support us. They truly care about our satisfaction.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of an international group, Wordly has allowed us to streamline our internal webinars with management, as well as our inter-country meetings on projects, by enabling everyone to express themselves without barriers.

  ### 4. Very accurate translation, but with delays that sometimes exceed 15 seconds

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

the accuracy in translation is truly impressive.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I noticed during the translation that there was a delay. This was to be expected, however, at times, it reached over 15 seconds.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

I recommend Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation for those who need to participate in meetings or events with people who speak different languages. As a suggestion, it's worth doing some tests before using it, ensuring good audio quality, and in presentations with many technical terms, validating the terminology beforehand. Overall, I had a positive experience and the tool fulfilled its purpose well, despite occasional delays in translation.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All problems related to live translation, such as the difficulty of understanding difficult subjects, end up becoming even worse because it is in another language.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Thank you for the review. Specific, measurable feedback like this is worth a lot to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share.

  ### 5. Great language variety and support, but recording unavailable and high costs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I like that it has a dictionary that can be customized and help improve the quality of translations, even though we do not use it enough. I also like the variety of languages that are offered, as it is quite broad and global. The customer support has generally been good and once we learned the system and integrated it properly, it became easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I dislike that we can't record in a specific language from Wordly. One of the big losses we've felt from moving from human translations was that we had duplicates of our webinars in two additional languages that were their own videos. Now, folks are reliant on their own software, or using YouTube translated captions to watch the videos back in a different language than English. Also, because it charges by the minute we use much more time than we often budget per hour, because we want to have the translations ready to go early. It is very expensive compared to other tools and because of minute-by-minute charge, we use it much less than we would if we paid an annual fee (which we may move to a platform like that). The audio translation is quite delayed so it doesn't often feel helpful for a webinar or discussion, and therefore the cost is really high for just needing text. It's also difficult to understand our participants' use of Wordly -- if someone joins for two seconds it counts them as a user, so it's hard to know if the software is being used throughout a meeting, or even needed. There may be tools for this, but I wish it was easier for the facilitator to see whether anyone is using the translations live, because if nobody is, then we wouldn't have to use up our time. Lastly, I wish the bundle of time we had to purchase was smaller. We don't use all of the time and it sometimes makes our hourly cost similar to what we would pay real humans.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Understand what you are really using Wordly for and the benefit to your users and community, and make sure the software suits that. Also, make sure that your video conference software and Wordly logins match so that it doesn't create issues with integrating the systems. Make sure you need the robustness of Wordly, otherwise paying per minute of use can be really expensive.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for translation in many different languages and provides text or audio translations of the speaker during webinars or other group calls.

  ### 6. Highly Configurable Professional Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniele P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Almost zero setup effort, yet it’s still configurable. It is a professional tool and allows for customization. Talk to them for special needs, like a double stream, it will be counted once only ("cashback")

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The cost is the main lowlight for me. Also, it’s frustrating that you can’t export the audio from the session.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Try it. it really worth it.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing non profit hybrid conferences worldwide.

  ### 7. Very Easy to Use and Works Well

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karine R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It’s very easy to use, and it works well.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

There are some translation errors, which can make it difficult to follow. When multiple people speak at the same time or when jargon is used, the translation sometimes has issues and becomes harder to understand.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have English-only and French-only people attending the same meeting, and this helps a lot.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Karine, thank you for the write-up. Hearing your feedback is extremely useful to us, and we take it into account when we build and optimize Wordly. We appreciate you taking the time.

  ### 8. Flexible Language Translation for Every Conversation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

that the user can chose what language they want the conversation translated into.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

if there is spotty internet, the program needs to be restarted.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

make sure you have a solid internet connection.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have many meetings with non-English speaking participants. wordly allows us all to seamlessly communicate in our native languages.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Allison, thanks for the review. Letting each person choose the language they follow along in is something we care a lot about getting right, and it's good to hear it's working for your meetings.

  ### 9. Would Love an Option to Download Translated Scripts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I o like that it is integrated with zoom, and people can directly connect through the Zoom App

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I would like to have the option to download the translated script for the target languages.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Guidelines ho to use for speaker and participants, use a second device for voice over

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live translation during webinars

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Thanks for the review. Translated script downloads for Zoom are available — they're just not on by default. Worth a quick note to our support team, who can sort it out for your account. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

  ### 10. flexible and cost-effective solution for multilingual events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annechien d. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Wordly helps us deliver a smoother, more accessible experience for our global audience at a fraction of the effort and cost of traditional interpretation services.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Unlike human interpreters, AI cannot ask for clarification if something is unclear or mispronounced

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

I would recommend Wordly as a flexible and cost-effective solution for multilingual events, especially when traditional interpretation is too expensive or difficult to arrange. To get the best results, make sure your speakers use good-quality microphones and speak clearly, as AI accuracy improves significantly with clean audio. It also helps to brief speakers in advance so they avoid jargon or overly fast delivery.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the biggest benefit is inclusivity: participants who are not fluent in the session language can fully understand and engage with the content. It has also allowed us to scale interpretation to more sessions and more languages without increasing staff or equipment.

  ### 11. Much success with Wordly in the past years - but disappointed this year

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susie E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It makes it possible for our international delegates to hear information in their own language - or read it in their own language.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I was very unhappy with an unexpected "surcharge" of over $1400 that I was totally not expecting. Apparently someone left it on for 5 extra hours when no one was using it and we were told we had to pay for it. We are disputing that as it was totally not communicated that this would be happening.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host international events and we have used Wordly for I believe 4 or 5 years. Very happy with everything...until this year.

  ### 12. Pretty Good Zoom Integration and Multilingual Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilio F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

pretty good zoom integration, and wide array of languages

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

it would be nice to not have to jump through so many steps to get it up and running. The whole "minutes thing" is also annoying. I've got a license, let me add users easily, and let them use the service. Additionally, the help "emails" take way too long, get a help chat on the website. get a how to user guide with visuals.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

if you need subtitles in various languages, in real time, this is spot on. takes a little to set up, but once on, its great.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

providing simultaneous translation services for clients that speak different languages. This was a barrier, and Wordly helped us address that need for our clients

  ### 13. Smooth Onboarding and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The onboarding was well done and once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to switch on.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It was a challenge to get users aware of and using Wordly. That was our own weakness but I would have liked if more people used it.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Make sure you push and keep pushing users to enable it and reminding them that it exists, otherwise usage might be underwhelming for the price.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an international charity for people living with a rare lung condition, pulmonary hypertension. Wordly helps our quarterly webinars on updates in the field reach a larger, international audience, which is one of our organization's goals.

  ### 14. Simple to Use and Very Cost-Effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Very simple to use and very cost-effective

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

issues when a speaker speaks one sentence in one language and then another sentence in another language Canadian Politicians will often do this with English and French

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Explain it well to all who will use it in advance

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhances conference delegate involvement by allowing them to consume content in their preferred language, giving them a better conference experience in their first language

  ### 15. Effortless Login and Navigation Make Usage a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I like how easy it is to login into the interface and follow along.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I think the only thing that is frustrating is the manual start and stop. I wish there was a feature where we could schedule the session to start and end at a certain time. Sometimes we will forget to end it and it uses up credits.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very diverse church with people who speak a wide variety of languages and this software has allowed us to meet the need of these people and let them hear our sunday sermons at our church.

  ### 16. Accurate Translation and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The accuracy is good enough! I also realy enjoy dealing with Rod. Very knowledgeable and helpful always!

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

A bit expensive. So hopefully you can find a way to reduce the cost of operation to be able to lower the cost for customers.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi lingual support for Zoom events.

  ### 17. Effortless Access and Multilingual Support Impress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The platform offers easy access for attendees, delivers strong translation performance, and provides a wide selection of languages to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

You have to initiate the translation and invite the chatbot just before the meeting begins, as there is no option to schedule it in advance.
Moderately high cost per hour

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

This tool significantly reduces language barriers, making communication much easier.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can deliver webinars in the languages I am fluent in, enabling attendees who speak different languages to fully understand the content. Since I work at an international firm, Wordly also allows us to hold internal meetings where everyone can participate, even if they are not fluent in English.

  ### 18. Costly but valuable tool allowing for easier communication across languages

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

People being able to speak in their native language and the lack of need for an interpreter

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Cost. My company would not approve further use after the trial due to the price of the service.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

If you have the money, then go for it. If not, with the numerous free AI programs constantly evolving, you will most likely be able to find a less costly option that can handle your needs

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working with colleagues who do not speak English as a first language, I find that they are far more open when they can speak in their native languages.

  ### 19. An affordable interpretation option

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It is a more flexible and affordable option for our global organization. I also appreciate that we can maintain a glossary because we have a number of terms and acronyms that are specific to our field. And when we have had questions, the Wordly team has been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It's unfortunate that Wordly can only be connected to one Zoom account on our team, so it takes some logistics to make that work smoothly. The other challenge we have faced is that many of our English-speaking participants are from outside the US, so Wordly isn't always able to provide a quality translation for those speakers' accents. We've gotten feedback from our French speakers that they are less inclined to join meetings because the English-French translation is difficult to follow.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Make sure all relevant staff are trained to launch Wordly, especially if it is connected to a single Zoom account on your team.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a global organization and in the past, we have had to be selective regarding which meeting budgets could include simultaneous interpretation. Because Wordly is much more affordable, we have increased our capacity to offer interpretation for our participants.

  ### 20. Perfect for multi-language transcription

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

1.Lots of languages to choose from
2. Ability to implement QR codes
3. compatibility with IOS/Android

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The lack of cloud server and storage presence in Canada in order to comply with our requirements, as opposed to having the storage in the US.
The option to have it in Canada requires:
1. Higher Enterprise-level subscription
2. Our own cloud storage

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Test Wordly first using the basic subscription to see if it meets your translation needs

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier setup for translating our events into several languages. This requires less resources that we have to assign and offers setup flexibility.

  ### 21. Great Interpretation Option - Goes beyond other tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Access to multiple languages simultaneously is key for us. Accurate translation and interpretation is vital. Product is easy to use and support is fantastic

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Cost is high compared to other tools. Selling structure (requiring blocks of minutes yearly) is difficult to align with our budgets and needs. Ability to purchase less minutes or an "as used" payment plan would be wonderful. Also we "wasted" a lot of minutes our first year practicing and getting used to the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

If you require accurate, fast, and customizable interpretation options in multiple languages simultaneously, there are no other options I am aware of that exceed Wordly's abilities. It is more pricey that other alternatives and free tools are getting better all the time, however they are not as accurate, reliable or flexible.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need accurate interpretation in multiple languages in real time for Online meetings and events. This tool works well for this purpose.

  ### 22. Simple Setup and User-Friendly, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catie D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Easy to set up and use- very user friendly

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

A glossary that could be automatically applied to all sessions.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to provide transciption and translation services for our attendees.

  ### 23. Excellent tool but needs firther development in integrations and more langauges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It´s more accurate the more you use it, its easy to access with your device and via a link.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Not all major languages are present, the Zoom integration is lacking (difficult to use and no real integartion as there is no audio translation just captions)

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Use it for live events with unilateral transaltion needs, reconsider úse something else for Zoom until they improve the integration.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are aglobal NGO that conduct events, meetings and webinars globally where many languages are needed.

  ### 24. Great product!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah K. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I love the ability to have the transcripts for sessions following the conference that we can provide for our attendees. This is a huge value add.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I would have like a less rushed and more thorough introduction and training. The trainer seemed very rushed and slightly confused at times during our training which was limited to 25 minutes. I was also sad to hear the live transcripts that attendees could keep is no longer a feature. It was when I originally had my demo and then found out during the training it is no longer available.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

When you are looking at wordly, consider what a huge value add this will be to your attendees, especially those who have a native language other than English. Just make sure you ask for a slower training on the product itself and have time to ask questions.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wordly is providing greater accessibility for us at our conference which is aiding to fulfill our strategic plan.

  ### 25. Versatile product, easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It's so easy to use! Some of our congregants are seniors, and they still find this software is accessible to them

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Mostly it's quite expensive. We would love to translate both of our services, but we can't afford it.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

This is a great, versatile software that will allow those who are not confident in English to participate in your programming.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have live translators for our Church services, but that was unreliable because sometimes our translators wouldn't come to service, and the quality of translation differed based on who was translating.

  ### 26. Holds promise but still needs work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The ease of use for the participant, being able to select their language through a simple link.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The backend requirements for accurate language translation. I'm never sure if the glossary of terms is adequate and the error rate for the unique medical and cultural terminology used in our community still seems high.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Plan to invest significant time in preparing materials/glossaries for event and practice sessions.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wordly’s AI-powered translation has been a game-changer for our conferences and Global Ambassador meetings. It allows our diverse community to communicate in multiple languages, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for all participants. The real-time translations are increasingly accurate and easy to use, making international collaboration smoother than ever. Highly recommend for any organization looking to break down language barriers!

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Easy to use, easy to explain to users, mobile experience

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Listening is not yet simultaneous, you have to wait long until you can hear the complete sentence.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

It is very helpful but you need to be able to have patience and wait for the text to appear and reformulate to be able to understand.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization we have members from different countries and when we meet for professional development, Spanish it is difficult to understand by all.

  ### 28. Easy to navigate to site

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gleo B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Easy to navigate the app. A lot of languages are included.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Aftercare service and would love it if more African languages are included.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Great way to retain data if you have your login details.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The aftercare service is not so great. We had forgotten our logins and when reaching out responses took days and the issue was still not resolve, we ended up under reporting to funders on the event statistics.

  ### 29. Making our events more accessible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

We love the idea that by using Wordly we are improving the accessibility of our events as EDI is at the heart of our values.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Some delegates have fed back that they find the flickering of the live captions distracting. Some speakers find Wordly distracting on the comfort monitors that mirror the main screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

I'd appreciate if support staff could give us exact instructions on how to add problem words/names to the glossary.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have introduced Wordly to make our events more accessible and inclusive. We have received delegate feedback that they are impressed with the overall accuracy of Wordly live-captioning, how it provides the meanings of acronyms, and how it is able to live-caption different accents.

  ### 30. Significantly cheaper than human interpretation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Relatively easy to use during the presentation. Only needed to click a few buttons.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Customer service email responses to questions were slow.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

While not as precise as human translation can be, it's much more afordable and opens up your event to audiences you couldn't dream of reaching before.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to reach audiences we could never have afforded to reach before using expensive human translation. The low bandwith need also solved issues for us with a venue with less robust internet.

  ### 31. We are satisfied with Worldy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The possibility of having a real time translation in many different languages and the possibility to download subtitles

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

We all know the limits: an automatic translation is still different from a human one, so sometimes it does not get some words, specially with no-native language speakers

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We organize international conferences and zoom webinars and we needed to engage also those who do not speak English. Worldy provides a flexible solution to have a live interpretation in many languages.

  ### 32. Use of AI for Simultaneous Interpretation... not quite there yet!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josée D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Disruptor in a very traditional market. The use of AI for simultaneous interpretation will be a game changer and enabler for understanding basic conversation exchanges in small group settings. The benefit of viewing a transcription in real-time also allows participants an alternative way to digest conversation at their own pace.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Poor user experience, robotic interpretation, poor translation, etc. A significant change in oratorical style and a deep focus on change management would be required to attain satisfactory levels of user experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Informal use to allow meeting participants to get the basic of the conversation

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extensive costs and logistics involved with the use of human interpretation services. Excited about the prospects of Wordly's solution, and I firmly believe that with more development and advancements in terms of speech recognition, noise cancellation, and increased capacity for customization of glossary, Wordly will be a force to disrupt the traditional space of simultaneous interpretation.

  ### 33. Programs and Finance Supervisor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It is very easy to set up and use. The captioning is great. We have received positive feedback from users.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

We are a nonprofit community organization. We wish there was a discounted rate for nonprofits.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Try it out to see if it works for you and fulfills your organization's needs. We still use it because it has fulfilled our needs.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps solve problems of providing sufficient ways to include people with hearing impairments and people who speak in a different language in programs, events, and meetings.

  ### 34. Good platform for live translation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alli L. | Assistant Director for Leadership Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Wordly provides real-time translation into more than 20 different languages, with languages continually being added to the platform. It has allowed our global stakeholders to attend meetings more regularly, as they do not have to wait for a transcript download to translate using other methods. It makes our programs more accessible, and has increased attendance overall, especially in non-North American countries.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The platform was a bit tricky to figure out at first, as there is not a clear or easy to find user guide. There are several ways to integrate it with Zoom, which is helpful but could use better instructions. Additionally, the transcription could use some more fine-tuning.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Wordly translation services for our global meetings to provide live translation to our stakeholders. This platform allows those who do not speak English as a first language to listen to/read the meeting in real-time. It has allowed us to be more inclusive of our stakeholders around the world.

  ### 35. Response to the globalization of companies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiroshi S. | 課長, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I was very satisfied with the timely translation speed. Additionally, I had it checked by local people in advance, and although there were some mistranslations, it received a certain level of evaluation for being understandable. It was used within the Asian region, but we were able to complete the event without any particular complaints, including usability. We compared with other companies, but the fact that there was an agency in Japan and we received support was the reason for our decision.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I would like the translation accuracy to be improved a bit more, and if possible, I hope it evolves to include voice interpretation. Services that involve reading text are suitable for one-way broadcasts like lectures, but when it comes to two-way communication, I think there will be a time lag. I am eagerly awaiting the day when communication can be realized as if we are conversing in our native language.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

I think it is recommended when you want to convey nuances rather than risk some mistranslation.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the globalization of companies, communication in multiple languages has become extremely important. Although English is a common language, it is important to grasp subtle nuances in one's native language. We have solved the issue of wanting to hear in one's native language, even if there are some mistranslations, by abandoning the stance of assuming that "they'll understand in English." While simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and English was the norm, having Wordly as a new option was a significant experience for me.

  ### 36. An efficient and cost effective tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe N. | Events Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation is an easy and user-friendly tool to use. I like that it is accessible both in terms of technology and cost. As an NGO, this is the best value for money we've found so far. What was new for us and what I also find extremely convenient is that Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation is an app that our conferences attendees can download on their cellphone to get access to the simultaneous interpretation. They simply need headphones and access to the Wordly URL related to the speech interpreted and here we go!

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The biggest downside of Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation would be the quality of live translation. Indeed, it is sometimes difficult for the tool to properly pick up the words pronounced by a speaker (depending on the mic quality or speed of speech). In these cases, that may create a translation that does not conform to the original speech.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

AI-Powered Interpretation is a great, efficient and cost-effective tool for interpretation.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation allowed my company to keep providing live translation for our virtual conferences taking place during the COVID-19 pandemic. We now continue to use it for our in-person events. We used to use interpreters for simultaneous translation. However, we often found it difficult to fit the cost of interpretation into our limited NGO budget. Thanks to Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation, we can now provide our event participants with simultaneous interpretation via their cell phones, which is very convenient. On top of that, we no longer have to make budget cuts to other elements of our conferences in order to fund translation, which is great news for us.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Hello Chloe, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you had a good experience with Wordly. I wanted to let you know we are continuously working to increase the accuracy of both our audio and caption translations. It is a top priority to make sure everyone attending the event can communicate effectively.

  ### 37. Great for general context/content meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iván E. | Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Live translation/transcription, it is also great that each party can select among multiple languages, it is very easy to use and integrate with zoom and even easy to use for those using the live streaming option.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Industry-specific topics are a challenge for the AI interpretion, the meaning of words and sentences in our case (supply chain and logistics) was not translated with the correct context nor meaning. Other thing that could be a challenge is the translation of two people talking at the same time, in our testing it was not the best experience as the tool requires some time to catch up with the speed of the people talking.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

For people leading the meeting, keep an eye on how fast you are talking.
People hearing the translation, use the transcription
Generally, one person should speak at a time.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Language barriers between multilingual teams, AI interpretation was great to provide the message to a larger multilingual audience, in just minutes and minimun configuration.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Hi Ivan, thank you for your review. I am glad you had a good experience using Wordly with Zoom. Also thank you for the feedback on managing industry-specific topics and user tips to ensure they have a good experience. We are working on enhancements to Wordly so look for some new updates soon. I hope we can work with you again soon.

  ### 38. Good system, even better support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The ease of use and multitude of languages. Also, the limited times I needed to reach out to support I received a response very quickly and it was targeted valuable information that answered my question.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Many clients cannot install the Zoom app so it can make the process a little more involved the first time it is used. In addition, some preset terms in the glossary would be great - maybe by industry? Just a suggestion more than a dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Give it a go! It is easy to pick up on and easily integrated into your business.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The snag I faced was losing my one employee who was fluent in Spanish and not having a means of support for my Spanish speaking clients. Initially, we were looking for an interim solution while we hired someone, but have discovered that it serves our need and we are able to spread Spanish work across the team. It is efficient and saved a hire and is also much less expensive than an outsourced live translator.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Thank you for your review - and your suggestions on the glossary. We have plans to continue enhancing our translation glossary and will continue expanding our instructions on how to use our Zoom Translation feature.

  ### 39. Some technical translation issues but worked pretty well

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It was easy for our members to access the live stream of our conference in over 20 languages. We were also able to record the presentations in multiple languages using multiple computers with many windows open for enduring viewing on YouTube.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The translation was not completely accurate as significant medical terminology was discussed. Although we had prepopulated some terms we didn't get all of them so some info was lost in translation. Users indicated they got the general gist of the conversation though.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

It was worth it for us and we are sure that the AI improvement will continue with time. We also noticed that as the program went on, Wordly self-corrected some terms it "learned" along the way which was interesting.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non-profit organization serving patients with a rare disease. As it is rare, we need to work internationally to find others affected and being able to communicate our messages in multiple languages is critical.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Thank you for your review - we are glad you had a good experience with Wordly. We are continuing to enhance our custom translation glossary feature so we appreciate your feedback on that.

  ### 40. Fantastic tool for inclusion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Padraic S. | Program Manager, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Social Work and Community Health, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

I loved how it was immediate and was pretty good with its interpreting. The fact that it's available in so many languages is great and would definitely be the best choice to use when you have lots of languages present

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The interface was a bit clunky to switch speaker languages. Wish it integrated more seemlessly into zoom. I also wish it would have done a bit better picking up on idioms and jokes.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Make sure you provide sufficient training in how to use the software for all speakers and attendees

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to bring people speaking many different languages to discuss really complex topics

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Hi Padraic, thank you for the review. I am glad you had a good experience and liked both the translation speed and breadth of translation languages offered. I wanted to let you know we are continuing to work on making the integration with zoom and other event platforms easier to use so we appreciate that suggestion as well. We look forward to working with you again soon.

  ### 41. Customer service is great, they explain every detail and answer all our questions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The service is integrated with platforms like zoom so it's easy to install

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

It is integrated into zoom but not part of it so when the customer wants a translation it is required to open another window and re arrange the screen so that the meeting and the translation service fit together.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

The customer service is excellent, they solve all doubts and are very patient. Be prepared to guide your conference attendees on how to open the translation window.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering conferences online supporting people from different backgrounds and language preference.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Thank you for your review - we are glad you had a good experience with Wordly. We appreciate the feedback on your experience using Wordly with Zoom and we are continuing to enhance the UX for that feature.

  ### 42. Great product and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike G. | P, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Simple to use and integrate into our virtual platform. Their onboarding team walked me through setting up their system step by step.

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

The need to add my own glossary of terms, however I see how this is beneficial.

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We ran a virtual youth summit in two languages. We used Wordly instead of human translators and it performed very well for a fraction of the cost.

**Official Response from Dave Deasy:**

> Hi Mike, thank your for the review. We are glad you had a great experience using Wordly. We appreciate the feedback on the glossary and want to let you know this will be the focus of some upcoming product updates. We look forward to working with you again soon.

  ### 43. Cost-effective translation option

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael K. | Training and Education Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Easy to use - for both us and and customers

**What do you dislike about Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation?**

Customers do not love the translation into Mandarin or Korean. However our Arabic and Indonesian customers love it.

**Recommendations to others considering Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation:**

Use the lessons to help you get it set up

**What problems is Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Translating into multiple languages at the same time in a cost-effective way
