I like using Wordly AI-Powered Interpretation to translate teachers' classes into English and to translate documents from different languages. I appreciate its accuracy in interpretation and the ease of use of the tool. It's great that it saves us the costs of in-person interpreters, and I love the agility when using it, as I only need to have minutes available and I can use it anytime and anywhere. My main issue concerns my interactions with the employees at Wordly. Customer service is a priority for me, but the business development representative I have dealt with has been slow to respond and frequently leaves some of my questions unanswered. For example, it took an entire month to renew my contract simply because I was waiting for information that could have easily been provided within a single day.
