The interface can be somewhat challenging and technical for users who are not familiar with the subject. It would be helpful if there were easily accessible demo videos to guide users through the initial stages. Once you get past the learning curve, though, the platform offers robust functionality. The support is outstanding. I asked a question and they replied with a video answer that was super clear. No only is the software clean, easy to follow and organized, it offers advantages and features that are rare in the industry.
