Wootag has one of the best customer services from the planning stage to the execution stage. Working in an industry where SLAs are non-existent, Wootag never fails to deliver. In addition to this, the team is helpful in sharing ideas on formats when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In all honesty, there is nothing to dislike about Wootag. My only feedback would be that the company needs to be more innovative. We are in an environment where there are multiple different players in the field doing the same exact service however, with a key USP. At this point of time, aside from the creative formats, it's quite hard to depict what the key USP for Wootag is. Suggestion to the team would be to continue to innovate whether it's formats, value adds, or even look towards adopting and collaborating with data partners to make the overall offering more competitive with the likes of InMobi, PlaygroundXYZ etc..
