**What do you like best about Wonderkind?**

The best thing about the tool is, when you get the hang of it you can easily place ads online. 
They also have a super nice support team, so when you run into something they are super quick to help!

**What do you dislike about Wonderkind?**

At the beginning, it is quite difficult to figure out and find everything.

**What problems is Wonderkind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We ran into the fact that without ads, we had few applicants for the positions. Now that the ads are running, we have more volume in our network

The contact with Wonderkind is very quick and helpful. They are always looking for solutions. It was an easy set up.

The algorithm is not rock solid; some manual changes need to be made.

Automatically push live campaigns to reduce the need for manual work.

It has upped our engagement a lot! We have noticed an increase in people clicking on our emails.

It still is pretty new so I am not sure yet.

They are sending our emails to the main inbox rather than the spam inboxes.

Wonderkind allows you to attract passive talent by reaching them in their everyday lives. The A/B testing and automation of the tool assure an efficient and effective campaign.

I can't think of anything. Our partnership works really well.
