**What do you like best about Witco?**

We implemented the Witco app across 18 buildings at the start of this year. The Witco support team were great while we were doing all the behind the scenes testing and responded to our requests for change as best they could. The app is easy to use for both tenants and the admin team who run the app on each site. Lots of features, some of which we don't need to use but can easily turned on for it we did want them in future.

**What do you dislike about Witco?**

There were a few labels and sections that we couldn't change as they were unable to be tailored specifically to our sites. Would be good if we could tailor the notifications in a bit more detail in future.

**What problems is Witco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app is a great way to reach all the tenants in our buildings as emails and posters don't necessarily always get the reach we want.

**What do you like best about Witco?**

This service application allows you to group very useful features, all in your pocket! Room reservation, post and event consultation, incident reporting...

**What do you dislike about Witco?**

The use of Bluetooth, which must be activated to unlock the doors, plan to charge the phone.

**What problems is Witco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quick display of room availability, quick and efficient booking, ability to pass communications in the publication flow, report incidents with one click and also be able to retrieve packages, even personal ones, thanks to Seezam integration

**What do you like best about Witco?**

Witco can easily and smoothly integrate other solutions. They did the integration with our smart parking solution for an important client (Covivio) in France and the result was very impressive. In the Witco app, the user doesn't feel like he's using 2 separate solutions. Providing this great customer experience helped contribute to our relationship with the client and we're delighted of the work delivered. Overall, the integration process was efficient thanks to the proactive and communicative team of Witco. I highly recommend Witco as a partner.

**What do you dislike about Witco?**

The downside of the integration we did is that the user needs to log in both in the Witco app and in the parking management application for the first time. However, this constraint will be overcome in the future as we develop the integration further and is currently due to our API not being yet fully developed.

**What problems is Witco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Witco provides tenants of a building and employees a frictionless and joyful experience in their workplace. This contributes to the well-being of the employee who has now easily access to a range of services at work. On top, Wicto helps making the work environment more attractive (for owners) by providing extensive services at the building level.

A good connection is required for the app to work properly, could sometimes be painfull.

Centralize every services & communication linked to a specific site, for users who work on a daily basis on the site but also for users that come from another sites.

**What do you like best about Witco?**

Witco allows us to get valuable data insights to optimize our space management and pinpoint how we can enhance our tenants’ satisfaction thanks to KPIs on service requests and services in the building.
The fact that Witco easily integrates our tech stack in their platform makes the lives of our property managers so much easier.


**What do you dislike about Witco?**

A bit of training and commitment from the administrators is necessary to make sure the tool is used properly but customer support is very involved in helping our property managers, receptionists and tenants get properly onboarded

**What problems is Witco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Space planning & management, guest management, service requests to improve property management and tenant satisfaction
