Liz helped me prepare for the interview insanely well, so I knew what to do going into it. Most of my communication was with Marlee, though. It was seemless from the get go. She replied to emails after hours insanely quickly, and was very good at explaining the role, and why she thought I would be a good fit. Throughout the entire process, she was so quick at responding to questions, and never once made me feel pressured. It was very important that I thought it would be a good fit as well, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I just really noticed how great of a work ethic she has, and even now after starting my new role, she helps out whenever I have questions or need guidance on something. Really impressed with Marlee, and she has really made my Hirewell experience awesome during a difficult transition. **What do you dislike about Hirewell?** The only downside is just having some confusion as to who to reach out to, but that was solved by simply asking. **Recommendations to others considering Hirewell:** I would recommend to utilize Hirewell as much as you can. They are clearly more than just recruiters and can help in many different ways. Don't be afraid to ask questions. **What problems is Hirewell solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was laid off in March 2024. It was a really hard transition for me, because I was a top performer at a small company. I connected with Marlee about Provider Specialist. She screened me, connected me with the team initially and just overall made the process so insanely easy during a very tough period for me. ### 2. We hired as a contractor and within a month made the decision to convert and hire as a permanent employee. ### 3.
