Game changer! Payment collections and servicing transfers are a breeze now - they require no human touch. We feed the platform the details and the system does all the rest. As a digital lender, Willow was important for our brand. We can provide borrowers with a customized online portal that's intuitive and easy to use. Willow also allowed us to customize the language on monthly statements and goodbye letters, which our marketing team loved. The setup was quick and the customer service is truly top-notch. **What do you dislike about Willow Servicing?** I would like to be able to customize fields within the loan dashboard. There is an option to update columns (and very easily), but the columns don't save once a user logs out. It's a tiny dislike and I'm sure it's on the roadmap for the future! **What problems is Willow Servicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Willow takes care of all borrower communication and payment collection. That's time saved for our team to be able to focus on other tasks. The solution provides the visibility we didn't previously have. Payment reminders were being sent out of our CRM, which did not talk to our LOS, which did not talk to our accounting software. ### 2. It makes my job easier and gives me time back in my day. Also, customer service is outstanding. **What do you dislike about Willow Servicing?** I don't see a downside yet. With Willow constantly improving, most of my issues are resolved before even becoming an issue. **What problems is Willow Servicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Willow has made several of my day-to-day processes much easier through seamless automation. I am more productive & able to pick up additional tasks I wouldn't otherwise have the time for. ### 3. They enhance the site and add new features often. The dashboard is easy to use, and reports are comprehensive. The client support team is fantastic! **What do you dislike about Willow Servicing?** The only downside to the client dashboard is that the customizable columns are not saved to my view upon signing out. My custom view has to be recreated each time. **What problems is Willow Servicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Willow Servicing has fully automated our interim servicing process and provided an online solution for our customer experience. As a result, we are more productive and can more quickly process payments and transfer servicing. ### 4.
