I don’t have anything I dislike about Lendr per say. It has different capabilities and processes from our previous software and that takes some getting used to. All the functions are very intuitive. It’s very easy to navigate, process payments, and track accounts. I have really enjoyed working with this platform. Perhaps the most important, our investors really like the "Opportunities" page and ease of navigating their investor portal. What I like most about Lendr is the ease of use. The program is very user friendly and addresses so many of the issues that we had with our other software system. The amount of fields that can easily be adjusted makes the loan process so much easier. Lendr's ability to work in conjunction with our bank to push and pull payments was one of the top selling points for us. Honestly, we don't have any area of Lendr that we don't like or have not found useful. We ran into a few bumps along the way during implementation but the owner/creator was so quick to respond and help us out. He has made the whole transition over an amazing experience. I started fractionalized lending in 2023 and my business took off in 2024 and was doing everything using word and excel, all while working fulltime. I found Lendr last month and it has been a HUGE time saver!!!! Not only does it make my life easier, it gave my company ya MORE professional look and feel. Not only does it have great loan analysis tools, it issues mortgage statements to my borrower and interest statements to my lending partners. My borrowers love it and so do my lending partners. Life changing for sure.

The system is fairly easy to use and pretty intuitive. I'm not using all of the features right now. I have been integrating them little by little. Final step for me will be document automation. But as for the features I've used, it's been great. Just sent up my ACH payments yesterday. Looking forward to collecting borrowers payments electronically and to not have to wait on checks to deposit or clear my account before I can pay lending partners.

There are a few draw backs, but the owners have been GREAT. They've already updated and changed some of the features to meet my and others needs. One of the drawbacks was that I could only link one bank account to the software. But today, they sent out an email stating that has been corrected and now we set up multiple bank accounts!!! Lendr has been a fantastic tool for us. We struggled with spreadsheets for some time until we decided to move forward with Lendr. We looked at all of the options out there and decided to go with Lendr and haven't looked back since. So far, we haven’t encountered any negatives. We’re in the process of entering existing loans and have run into a few items that don’t work exactly the way we want, but these are fringe loans with atypical terms. I appreciate their flexibility. They help you tailor the software to YOUR needs as opposed to being stuck without features you may need. The software is simple, and quick to learn. The customer support is unmatched, Bryce and Quinn are quicker to get ahold of than your local police department. The pricing, in my opinion, is very fair.
