What do you like best about LoanPro?

I value the partnership approach LoanPro brings to the relationship. There is meaningful access across levels of the organization, along with clear visibility into the company’s vision and strategic direction. I also appreciate the industry events they host, which bring together partners from different segments of lending to exchange perspectives and best practices. What do you dislike about LoanPro?

At times, we have experienced a need for more consistent focus during certain phases of implementation. Additionally, some account management transitions created temporary disruptions in continuity. While the majority of our implementation progressed smoothly, certain unique product configuration requests required multiple iterations, which contributed to timeline extensions. "Essential Loan Management with Stellar API Integrations"
What do you like best about LoanPro?

I like LoanPro's secure payments wallet, which we use extensively for processing payments through their onboard payment providers. It's very useful for handling all payment details, including PCI compliance for card accounts, so we don't have to build PCI compliant tools ourselves. I also appreciate the APIs provided by LoanPro, which we use extensively in the software we’ve built for managing our agent and customer experience. LoanPro acts as our accounting base layer for all of our loans and allows us to tap into data easily. LoanPro's support during our data migration was really helpful, making the difficult process worth it in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoanPro?

I always wish that responsiveness to issues was a bit quicker, but this is something that we've been working on with them, and things have improved a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"API-First Platform with Smooth Automation"
What do you like best about LoanPro?

I like the UI of LoanPro. I also appreciate that everything is available via API, allowing us to leverage the data we need in a way that's unique to our business. Additionally, LoanPro helps automate some servicing tasks for our team, like processing the sale of loans and generating the data needed to pass to credit bureaus for transferring ownership of loans to businesses purchasing our debt. This used to be a manual process with associated costs, and LoanPro has effectively eliminated both the process and the costs for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoanPro?

What do you like best about LoanPro?

Some workflows and configuration options aren’t always intuitive at first, and more advanced customizations can require extra time, planning, and iteration to get right.
