What do you like best about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

The customer service and associated technology. The fact that we are able to contact TMO and receive a same day response where we can video chat with a human in real time means a lot in the age of digital where you are often redirected when requiring help. TMO also allows you to take a video of your question using the software prior to meeting with Customer support which helps answer the question in a more efficient way. What do you like best about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

I love the attachment feature in The Mortgage Office. It is so helpful to have the file right there without having to go pull a physical file. Payments are easy to do and simplifies the servicing process. Customer support has been awesome. I love that everyone has been so helpful and the Zoom Training/Support meeting are invaluable. What do you dislike about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

My only complaint is that I wish that late charges can be set to be automatically applied. Our office requires late fees to be paid, not accumulated and I have missed a few. What do you dislike about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

I find it problematic that some new fields added to the loan profile, such as Borrower Entity Information, cannot be mapped for import. Since the majority of our clients are business entities, we have to manually input this information for every new loan, which significantly slows down our process.
