What do you like best about Willow?

Integrating into Hubspot and our Google Workspace took seconds, literally and it updates the CRM after every call. The feedback I have received from the sales team is that it saves quite a lot of time editing call transcripts and sending emails after each call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willow?

What do you like best about Willow?

It takes over where our notetaker stops and saves our sales team hours of admin. As one of the early design customers we've been able to influence the product to solve a specific pain in updating Hubspot. This has been incredibly valuable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willow?

We've replaced Otter for Willow and it's exceeded our expectation. What we've been most impressed with is the support we've had from the Willow team in setting us up, supporting us and actioning our feedback very quickly.

We moved to Willow to automate as much of the sales admin and started with 2 of our team. Within 8 weeks we had our entire global sales development and mid-market teams relying on Willow, specifically to automate meeting follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willow?

It’s doing the tasks I like least, especially updating Hubspot.

I really like the pre-call prep analysis that gives me a summary of previous conversations and people that I’ve spoken with. It serves as a good refresher and I use it to recap on the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willow?

Our Hubspot is configured with lots of custom fields that Willow can’t support and while this isn’t Willow’s fault, it still means I have to do quite a bit of my own updating. I'd still say Willow replaces about 40% of my admin though, which is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Willow?

Not having to worry about updating Hubspot is a big pain reliever and saves me so much time.

What do you dislike about Willow?

There’s not much to dislike. The AI is still evolving when it comes to understanding individual writing styles and tones, so we double-check summaries & emails before sending, yet it’s already improved in the weeks we’ve been using it.
