**What do you like best about Willow?**

Integrating into Hubspot and our Google Workspace took seconds, literally and it updates the CRM after every call. The feedback I have received from the sales team is that it saves quite a lot of time editing call transcripts and sending emails after each call.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

We have been using Willow for only a few months and so far we have been very impressed. It is still light on capability, yet I know from seeing through product roadmap the company are planning some interesting enhancements we are excited to get.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Head of Revenue Operations I was seeking a way to help the sales team be more efficient whilst ensuring CRM hygiene remained high. One of the problems we had was the time it took to update everything after a sales call and it sometimes led to sales people not updating things. We thought Willow could help us improve here, and it has.

**What do you like best about Willow?**

It takes over where our notetaker stops and saves our sales team hours of admin. As one of the early design customers we've been able to influence the product to solve a specific pain in updating Hubspot. This has been incredibly valuable for us.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

It's early for them and they have built a really good solution that currently solves a critical, yet niche, problem. As they grow we'd like to see more capability and customization in taking more of the CRM admin away from the team.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We became a design customer to help us solve 2 challenges that were impacting sales;
1. Our team of SDR's, BDM's and AE's were spending too much time on call follow-up, where a lot of what we share post call is repeatable. We wanted a solution that could automate this
2. Hubspot was not being updated well, often not at all and this was a huge blind spot for us. 

We estimate using Willow has saved us around 2 hours/week per sales FTE. Total of 14 hours a week that the team now spend on other revenue-driving activities.

**What do you like best about Willow?**

We've replaced Otter for Willow and it's exceeded our expectation. What we've been most impressed with is the support we've had from the Willow team in setting us up, supporting us and actioning our feedback very quickly. 

We moved to Willow to automate as much of the sales admin and started with 2 of our team. Within 8 weeks we had our entire global  sales development and mid-market teams relying on Willow, specifically to automate meeting follow-up.

It is a  robust tool solving a specific use-case for us very well. No complaints.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Freeing up time our global sales team were spending on admin tasks.
2. Saving time pre & post meeting which has resulted in 25% more calls being made.

**What do you like best about Willow?**

It’s doing the tasks I like least, especially updating Hubspot.
I really like the pre-call prep analysis that gives me a summary of previous conversations and people that I’ve spoken with. It serves as a good refresher and I use it to recap on the call.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

Our Hubspot is configured with lots of custom fields that Willow can’t support and while this isn’t Willow’s fault, it still means I have to do quite a bit of my own updating. I'd still say Willow replaces about 40% of my admin though, which is good.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me insight and recapping all my previous calls, which saves me time preparing and it definitely makes my life easier with follow-ups and Hubspot management.

**What do you like best about Willow?**

Much more useful than just a notetaker because it actions follow-up. Previously it took time away from the sales team to wait for transcripts, edit them and send. It means we now follow-up at least 30 minutes faster after every call.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

No downsides, it is highly effective at doing what we brought it in for.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Willow has noticeably improved the teams efficiency after each call, giving back time from:
1. waiting for transcipts to come through -  saves 30 minutes 
2. using ChatGPT to turn transcripts into follow-up recaps - saves 10 minutes 
3. drafting the follow-up emails and attaching materials -  saves 5 minutes 
4. updating Hubspot with notes, tasks and next steps - saves 10 minutes

On average, Willow saves each of our sales team at least 25 minutes following every call + the time it takes to wait for the notetaker to send the call transcript.

It's replaced our existing note taker which simply transcribed the call but needed the team to do the follow up, which just created more work. Willow picks up the follow up and it's been a big time saver.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

Nothing that jumps out, it's already adding lots of value.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inefficiency - before Willow, the team were spending far too long on administrative tasks. The more calls they sat, the more admin. It meant as we became more successful (more demos) we also became less effective (more time away from calls doing admin). This is the biggest problem Willow has solved for our team.

Not having to worry about updating Hubspot is a big pain reliever and saves me so much time. 
I also really like the summaries from past calls, which help me recap and saves at least another 10 mins trawling through past emails and notes before calls

I can't think of anything. It does what it sets out to do very well.

Forgetting to update Hubspot and getting nagged by my RevOps team on a. regular basis. 
It does save me time around my calls too and makes it faster to get recaps and next steps to buyers.

It delivers what I expected it to do, so no grumbles.

Saving me on the work I was doing pulling notes & links together and writing emails after my sales calls. Tbh I was always getting hassled by my RevOps for not updating our crm, so this has got them off my back.

Willow’s AI assistant has completely transformed how our sales team operates. It takes transcripts from every call, formats the key details and handles all the follow-up work we used to dread

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

There’s not much to dislike. The AI is still evolving when it comes to understanding individual writing styles and tones, so we double-check summaries & emails before sending, yet it’s already improved in the weeks we’ve been using it.
I’d also love to see deeper integrations with tools like Slack or Gong to make cross-team updates even smoother.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our reps spent hours each week doing admin after calls — logging notes, updating opportunities, writing follow-ups. Now, that work happens automatically.

I like how it summarizes past calls that I use to refresh myself before calls, especially useful for my larger deals with longer gaps between meetings. This data gives me direction and topics to cover.

**What do you dislike about Willow?**

Nothing, good tool. I am curious to see how the product evolves as it has huge of potential.

**What problems is Willow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially it helped save me time condensing call transcripts into digestible recaps I shared with my prospects. I've been surprised at the quality of the emails it writes for me and I am happy to get the summarizes from previous meetings which help on next calls. Generally many ways to benefit me.

Willow lets me work on things I enjoy and more time on influencing my primary goal: Quota attainment.

Nothing I dislike. Doing what it is designed to do well. Obviously I would like it to do more of my admin!

Before Willow, I’d take my call transcripts, run them through GPT, add to email and send. Took me at least 15 minutes after every call. I sit between 3-5 calls a day, so it’s saving me tons of time.

Nothing yet. It integrates perfectly into my daily workflow.
