After some 10 months of hardly any use, i wasnt able to login into the software. With great difficulty i was able to reach the customer care number, and then they said that the software is lifetime free but updates are not and i have to pay certain amount for update. I said i dont want to update just let me use the existing version but they basically were forcing me to update and disabled the older version. This is a case of blatantly lying to the customer. Lifetime free means lifetime free, you can't force me to update every 6 months. In that case you should have a subscription plan. Also the product is very substandard and very hard to use. I work with many people overseas, and as there are reliable apps for us to converse, but Whatsapp allows for quick link sending of attachments and videos. Also, video chat and call quality is great when on wi-fi. Have had issues when on cellular service though. Also, you can connect your ads and APIs to send msgs to whatsapp to contact you directly even when you are on the go! **What do you dislike about Whatso?** I dislike that cache is saved, I dislike that information is shared with Facebook, Instagram, etc. This is why I choose to not have my personal information on the application and only use it for particular needs and interests when it comes to my contract work.
