What do you like best about Whatso?

NOthing in particular, these people are cheaters and have the worst possible service, so much that i took the pain of writing this review so that no one else purchases it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatso?

I purchased their enterprise plan which basically said that its free for life. After some 10 months of hardly any use, i wasnt able to login into the software. With great difficulty i was able to reach the customer care number, and then they said that the software is lifetime free but updates are not and i have to pay certain amount for update. I said i dont want to update just let me use the existing version but they basically were forcing me to update and disabled the older version. This is a case of blatantly lying to the customer. Lifetime free means lifetime free, you can't force me to update every 6 months. In that case you should have a subscription plan.

Also the product is very substandard and very hard to use. Lots of bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatso?

Here are five positive reasons that I believe businesses should consider using Whatso Marketing app:

Automate Messaging: With Whatso Marketing app, businesses can automate their messaging campaigns on WhatsApp. The app allows businesses to create customized message templates that can be sent to multiple contacts at once, saving time and effort.

Targeted Marketing: The app also offers advanced targeting options, enabling businesses to send personalized messages to specific groups of contacts. This helps businesses to tailor their marketing messages to the needs and interests of their target audience, increasing the chances of a successful campaign.

Schedule Messaging: With Whatso Marketing app, businesses can schedule their messages to be sent at a later time or date. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that want to ensure that their messages are sent at the optimal time for maximum impact.

Analytics and Reporting: Whatso Marketing app also provides detailed analytics and reporting, giving businesses valuable insights into the performance of their messaging campaigns. Businesses can track metrics such as message open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, allowing them to optimize their campaigns for maximum results.

Cost-Effective: Whatso Marketing app is a cost-effective solution for businesses that want to reach their customers on WhatsApp. The app offers a range of pricing plans to suit businesses of all sizes, with no hidden fees or charges. This makes it an affordable and accessible marketing tool for businesses on a budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatso?

Here are 5 potential drawbacks of using the Whatso Marketing app for WhatsApp. Most of these reasons are based solely on the fact it relies on WhatsApp, therefore Whatsapp can be the reason.

Risk of Spamming: While marketing through WhatsApp can be effective, it's essential to avoid over-messaging and spamming users. If businesses use the app to send too many messages to customers, they could end up being blocked or reported as spam, potentially damaging their reputation.

Need for Opt-In Consent: WhatsApp requires businesses to obtain opt-in consent from their customers before sending marketing messages. Without proper consent, businesses could risk violating privacy laws and regulations, which could lead to legal consequences.

Limited Functionality: While Whatso Marketing app provides automation and scheduling features, it may not offer the same level of customization and functionality as other marketing automation tools. Businesses may find that they need to use additional tools to achieve their marketing goals.

Dependence on WhatsApp: The success of a business's marketing campaigns through Whatso Marketing app is highly dependent on WhatsApp's popularity and user adoption rates. If WhatsApp's usage declines, businesses may need to find alternative marketing channels.

Platform Limitations: WhatsApp is primarily designed for one-to-one or small group communication, and its group messaging capabilities are limited compared to other social media platforms. This may not be ideal for businesses looking to reach a larger audience or run mass marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatso?

I like that you can create "campaign style" messages and set them on scheduled campaigns/promos. We use Whatso to target specific consumer age groups who will be more responsive to this style of marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not had any issues using Whatso, I will say there are a few shortcuts that could be implemented on the mobile application but for the most part that doesn't hinder any productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Usage Experience of Whatso"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatso?

I love it because it's suitable for any device that you're using like mobile or PC. This helps users to work and have great communication between overseas clients and the sound is very clear and absolutely perfect for me. The important thing is you can connect ads and APIs to send messages to your WhatsApp contacts. When I first used this, it felt like a next-level application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatso?

Basically, this is totally good for any communication and the only dislike part for me is the cache saved to share information with other apps. Privacy issues. Too high price for smaller companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
