I love how I can use it over the pc and mobile device. Having access to all of my conversations at quick ease is perfect for my busy life! I work with many people overseas, and as there are reliable apps for us to converse, but Whatsapp allows for quick link sending of attachments and videos. Also, video chat and call quality is great when on wi-fi. Have had issues when on cellular service though.
