**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The ability to edit Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads directly from the browser view not only saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to access Salesforce separately, but the various reports, dashboards, and views are why I love using Weflow. I have all the information I need about my accounts and leads at any time, and it's much more transparent than in Salesforce itself.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There is actually nothing I don't like. In the beginning, it took me some time to get used to the new view and the different way of working. However, when I did, after a very short period of time, I haven't found any aspects that I don't like.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Weflow saves me from having to access Salesforce directly, which always took a long time due to the large amount of data in Salesforce. Furthermore, I can process several different accounts, opportunities and leads very quickly without being interrupted by loading times. The resulting time savings have already had a significant positive impact on my workload in the first week.

Not much to dislike, I feel like it has taken the best bits from tools like dooly, peopleAI, scratchpad etc and made them all better and all in one on place in weflow

It is saving me a lot of time doing meticulous sales admin - giving me make a ton of time to do the important pipeline generation that needs to be done in my role

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As an account manager, I've found that Weflow's Salesforce command centre has been a game changer for me. What I like best is how easy it is to look at my contacts and manage my follow-ups.

Before using Weflow, I was constantly clicking around Salesforce, trying to find the information I needed. It was time-consuming and often frustrating. But with Weflow, everything is laid out clearly and concisely, making it easy to stay on top of my accounts.

One example that comes to mind is when I had a call scheduled with a key account, but I had forgotten to prepare for it. With Weflow, I quickly reviewed my notes and past interactions with the account, as Weflow has a better overview layout, so I felt more prepared for the call. Everything went so smoothly and I felt more confident in my ability to manage the account.

Overall, I highly recommend Weflow to anyone who needs to manage their Salesforce pipeline, notes, and tasks. It's made my job as an account manager much easier and less cluttered.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

While I generally find Weflow to be a very useful tool for managing my Salesforce tasks, notes, and pipeline, there are a few things that I think could be improved. For example, I have noticed that some of the features can be a bit buggy at times, which can be frustrating when I am trying to get work done quickly. Additionally, while the task manager is helpful, I sometimes wish there were more batch edit features so that I could update multiple tasks at once.

One other feature that I would really appreciate is one-click telephony out of the box. As an account manager, I often need to call my contacts, and having a built-in telephony feature would be incredibly convenient. At the moment, I have to juggle around between Weflow and Salesforce to make calls, which can slow me down.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an account manager, one of my biggest challenges is keeping track of all my contacts and managing follow-ups efficiently. Weflow has been a game changer in solving this problem for me. With its powerful command center, I can easily view my pipeline, create notes, manage tasks, and add new records - all synced with Salesforce in real time.

The time-saving benefits of using Weflow are immense. I no longer have to spend hours updating Salesforce manually. Instead, I can easily log emails from Google Workspace/Gmail to Salesforce, use templates to qualify deals, structure meetings, and streamline data capture. Plus, with the ability to make Salesforce updates while writing notes, I can focus on my work without having to switch back and forth between different applications.

Overall, Weflow's ability to simplify Salesforce management has significantly benefited me as an account manager. It allows me to be more productive, efficient, and, ultimately, more successful in my role.

As a Revops leader it helps me create stronger bridges between the revenue leadership and sales reps; by removing the friction of getting right data and activity into the CRM. Salesforce, thats lost its charm of being agile and friendly when it comes to interface, weflow come-in with 80% more data accuracy to drive better conversations around pipeline management and forecasting.

That it's still another widget on salesforce.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The interface and setup is very intuitive and therefore user friendly. Adoption is across teams very good and errors went down. Since we used it there were little to no complains.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Very honest there is not much that is useless or at least I didn't come across. Some of the filters are repetitive and could be automated more but that is only a very little 'complain'.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the workflows in Salesforce that are quite heavy and therefore the data is not always accurate. It helps us to focus on the GTM functions of Salesforce and therefore increases the sales performance overview.

- Cleanest UX/UI (I've tried most of the other tools out there before finding Weflow)
- Google Calendar Integration
- Ability to forecast (without the pain of clicking around in Salesforce)
- Inline editing makes managing a book of business so much easier
- Custom views/panels on Accounts/Opportunities increase efficiency

- No downsides to using Weflow so far (The Weflow team are proactive in seeking feedback which is awesome)

Mainly, I no longer lose hours on Salesforce admin each week. 

Weflow increases efficiency across all sales cycle stages, from cleaning my book of business to note-taking throughout the process and speeding up forecasting.

Their integration with Salesforce is well-made, the UX/UI is very friendly, and it's straightforward to learn and use. I was impressed by the ability to keep my Salesforce instance clean easily and the support from Landon and Janis was superb.

It has still a lot of room for improvement, but it's a promising tool for reps that have a lot of fields to complete on Salesforce.

I'm visual, and Salesforce is not the most user-friendly tool. I leverage Weflow to help me with all the mandatory fields I must complete in each opportunity while saving time and making it more appealing than doing it on Salesforce directly.

The system is very intuitive to use and is a great addon for your Salesforce instance. It gives an easy-to-use overlay and direct access to lists and other views that you can edit and manipulate directly from the overlay itself with much ease.

It is particularly useful for Salesforce environments that are quite complex and, thus, not as easy to navigate for a standard user. Weflow respects fields, validation rules, and many more.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing in particular; more like a recommendation or feedback, is to figure out a value prop for teams whose Salesforce instance is rather straightforward and not as complicated; it would be ideal to tackle problems such as:
- Salesforce's kanban view for opportunities only shows 200 records at a time. Let's work around this limitation and push that as a prop.
- Display Sales Velocity, stagnated opportunities, and have a detailed visibility highlighting what needs actions where and why.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow solves the problem of overly complex Salesforce productions environments that aren't very user friendly for teams to use and work through. It enables users to swiftly manage and go through their lists and pipelines with more ease, make updates, edits, mass or individual, and much more.

Essentially it is a very solid quality of life feature.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a BDR, I use these features in my daily work flow: 

1. Tasks. With WeFlow, I can see which tasks are coming up right in front of me instead of digging through Salesforce and/or Outreach. It keeps me more organized in my daily role. 

2. Pipeline. The feature allows me to search through Salesforce for accounts that haven't had activity for a while. For old opportunities, this has been such a great feature. I can now easily ensure I reach prospects that may have fallen through the cracks. 

3. Opportunity fields. With the chrome extension, I can easily change multiple aspects in Salesforce without having to look up each account or contact to make changes manually. It sets up Salesforce as a spreadsheet, allowing you to make changes easily. For prospecting, this has saved me a BUNCH of time.

I recommend WeFlow for BDRs who value organization and efficiency in their role.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not much yet. I know WeFlow is new, so I'm excited to see what's up and coming in the future.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data hygiene. As a BDR, having SalesForce updated and accurate is a must. When looking for opportunities that have slipped through the cracks, Weflow has made keeping data up to date. As I'm looking at many accounts and contacts per day, Weflow has allowed me to keep all the notes on my prospects more accurate.

Time. I've saved a lot of time using Weflow. As a BDR, we have a lot of tech stack under our belt. Weflow makes going from one tool to another much more effortless. It has allowed me to use more time in actually contacting prospects.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow's user experience is comparable to updating a spreadsheet - as opposed to opening up tons of SFDC tabs to update every single contact, account, opportunity, or task. Those kinds of core to-dos are certainly important but truly cumbersome in Salesforce. With Weflow, I can do my housekeeping tasks in no time. Moreover, I also feel like I'm better prepared for meetings as I don't have to switch between tabs while having a call with a prospect. Everything is now kept in one place.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Hard to say - the team has been fairly quick so far in resolving any questions, feedback, and blockers I encountered. I'd advise everyone to schedule a 1-1 session to get the most out of Weflow.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally, I feel like the heavier and more complex the Salesforce instance, the better use can be made of Weflow. However, in any case, it's worth a try (as it's free!). Personally, I found the most substantial benefits to be time-savings while updating the pipeline and creating better meeting notes (thanks to the templates).

As a Salesforce admin, I know what SFDC is capable of. It can be customized in multifaceted ways but one always needs to strike the balance to make CRM usage as easy as possible. Weflow as a plug-and-play solution perfectly complements this principle and makes it effortless for the team to manage the pipeline through Weflow's views, notes, and tasks

I don't get any complaints from the reps. Also, from an admin point of view, there isn't really anything that comes to mind

Simple, straightforward activities are arguably easier done in Weflow (as compared to working in Salesforce directly). This is particularly the case when the Salesforce instance becomes very complex. Weflow provides a great workspace to get daily tasks done in an efficient way. Updating fields, writing notes, creating follow-up tasks, or setting up new records - everything has become a breeze for our reps

I would love to see WeFlow cater more towards the BDR role as I think there is massive potential here to be an excellent tool for prespecting.

Salesforce is clunky. The more data that's in there, the worse it seems to get. Weflow simplifies the entire CRM experience. Productivity has increased and has made my life a lot easier.

I love the fact that I can view my sales pipeline quick and easily. Taking notes for demos and being able to easily connect those to a SF account it crucial. It's a great hub to keep templates for notes and getting those dialed in.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Looking at SF tasks is a little clunky but not terrible.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to keep notes from demos in a way that connects to SF easily. I was looking for simplicity and usability. Both have been met switching over to WeFlow

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

When working in sales, it can be challenging to keep track of your deals. I work in a high velocitiy-short-sales cycle business, and not following up on prospects is a waste of money. We flow helps me to keep track of my current pipeline, where a deal sits, how its progressing and reminds me what to do so I don't forget.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing so far, I like the simple user interface, I like the fact that its customizable and easy to use. Setting it up was easy as well. The only dislike I had was that it changed the home page of my browser, but its not a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just works really well with SFDC. It has the exact features that SFDC lacks, I've put in many request with Salesforce to add these kind of features but never got any feedback.

The notepad makes it super easy for reps to follow our sales processes. We set up a bunch of note templates with embedded Salesforce fields. By making note-taking a breeze, Weflow ensures that valuable meeting notes do not only end up in our CRM (as opposed to OneNote, Evernote, etc.) but also that opportunity fields get updated at the same time.

Zero gripes so far as it meets expectations and they're constantly evolving (you can literally observe improvements every week).

Embedding sales processes within the organization and nudging the team to follow them consistently is challenging. I've found Weflow to be an extremely powerful tool for managing my daily workflows as an AE. The ability to sync data between Salesforce and Google Calendar is very useful. Tasks are another great feature that allows me to manage follow-ups effectively. Their customer success team is fantastic and they're always willing to help out with any questions that arise.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing in particular. As a new user, there were initially a number of unknowns for me, which were resolved by their self-onboarding flow and CS team.

Instead of having multiple places checked during my daily workflow, I can keep everything in front of me, don't lose track of things, and the need to update SFDC is less of an effort.

The notepad! It's pretty powerful given the possibility to embed Salesforce fields and the manifold formatting options. I created a bunch of note templates (e.g., for discovery calls) with an agenda and a checklist with questions to ask. By linking the note to my opportunities, I can automatically create meeting activities in Salesforce. Super useful.

All good so far. Though the Chrome Extension is pretty versatile, I'd love to see where else Weflow could be integrated.

Previously, updating my pipeline was pretty tedious. Weflow is a huge time-saver and I can get more meetings done as I spend less time updating Salesforce. Also, handovers are improving since the notes I make are better structured and more extensive.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

weflow allows for a simplified view of things you care about in Salesforce. I like the quick access that WeFlow brings to your pipeline, tasks, and opportunities. The ability to make rapid changes has made daily tasks and follow-up so much more fluid. I tend to get distracted by the vast amounts of information that SalesForce offers and need to de-clutter, in a sense, and weflow facilitates that.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I don't like that I can't change my theme to a dark mode view. It also changes your chrome 'new tab' page to Weflow and there seems to be no intuitive/simple way to return it to the default view. Outside of this, weflow has been a great tool.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have ADHD and can get easily distracted by the deep levels of information that Saleforce has. While this information is critical, I need to have a minimalist view, as well,  so that I can stay on task, and this is what weflow provides. Being able to review my open tasks and action items quickly has helped me stay focused and on top of my responsibilities.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Being able to quickly get the admin work off my shoulders is such a relief. From the spreadsheet-like pipeline, over the notepad with templates and embedded Salesforce fields to the Chrome Extension and the ability to lookup or update records from anywhere in no time - that's huge. Apart from plain efficiency gains, the relatively new 'Weflow fields' provide helpful insights into my pipeline so I know more precisely where and when to act.

Apart from the tool itself, I can also highly speak of their CS team. Real advocates who not only quickly respond to questions and feedback but suggest better ways to make use of your setup. Make sure to reach out to them.

I can't really point something out I dislike. I'm still exploring Weflow and believe that there are new ways to integrate Weflow into my workflows.

I am really excited about Weflow and using it as part of my daily workflow. It helped me big time in saving time that I would otherwise waste in Salesforce. Keeping track of tasks or logging notes with their notepad (with integrated Salesforce fields) is a dream. Their pipeline views provide transparency on where accounts are in their journey and tremendously eased handoffs with fewer errors on our side as the data has become more accurate.

Big shoutout to the Weflow team - I love where the product is going.

I like everything so far. One smaller ask would regard the Chrome Extension - would love to keep my own 'new tab' background but that's just a minor wish.

Weflow makes it super lightweight to update all our deal-related information in Salesforce, giving reps more selling time and keeping leadership on top of the pipeline. No need for us to drown in Salesforce but everyone is able to customize Weflow views that suit their workflows perfectly. Also, the Chrome Extension allows an augmented experience as it integrates into places where we spend our workdays (Chrome, Gmail, Gcal). Highly recommend!

There is not much to dislike about Weflow. Though it's super easy to use it would be great to have some guidance for best practices to get the perfect setup. However, I found their customer success team to be really helpful in making the most of Weflow.

As it's gotten extremely easy to update Salesforce with Weflow, deal data (1) actually makes it into Salesforce and (2) does so more timely. This allows us to get more accurate pipeline insights while making reps more effective as we're taking the admin weight from their shoulders.

Weflow has sort of become my command center from where I start my workday. Managing the pipeline with the web app and Chrome Extension is has created significant efficiencies for my workday. My pipeline has never been cleaner - all while coming at a huge productivity boost! Auto-syncing with Salesforce while I create and complete tasks, and update key account information has made my life much easier.

I like all the features of WeFlow. I wish that there was a clearer view for tracking activity.

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

This is an absolute must-have tool for everyone who uses Salesforce (especially for AEs). It has replaced my Spreadsheed + Evernote workflow and cut down the amount of time I've spent on SFDC admin.

It really is the notepad for me that showcases Weflow's magic. Super intuitive and I also like that's is accessible from just anywhere and placed in different parts of your browser. Starting a meeting from your calendar? One click and your notepad opens up, logs the meeting, and links the note to the opportunity. Working in your inbox? One click on the sidebar to create a new note. Browsing on any webpage and something comes to your mind you want to note down? Either open a new tab to access your notepad or use the shortcut to create a new note. It's just everywhere.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

If I need to be really picky, some more pre-defined note templates would have been great. However, certainly not a must since you can easily set them up yourself in no time. Also a big shoutout to their CS team, which is unparalleled when it comes to answering questions or picking up feedback.

The ease of creating lists and reports on the go is magical. Not only does it allows us to quickly get the pipeline views we want but also enriches our entries through various 'Weflow fields'. Poor pipeline health associated with inactive deals or deals that are staying too long in a stage is now easily observable. This has not only allowed us to take immediate action on deals at risk but vastly improved our forecasting accuracy.

There's nothing I dislike but more of a wish for future development: it would be great to see other tools in my tech stack being integrated with Weflow.

My team & I have lots of customer calls and take tons of notes. Before Weflow, we had to copy-paste our notes to Salesforce, manually log activities, and update the next steps.

With the Weflow notepad, I can create a note from my Google Calendar, select one of our Weflow note templates, link it to a Salesforce record, and sync it. It automatically logs an activity and I can update Salesforce fields right from the notepad. Big time saver!

Nothing really - the tool has been awesome.

Weflow is not only beneficial for Sales teams but for any customer-facing teams, such as Customer Success. Working with Weflow across teams has proven to be more effective and fun!

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

My workflow usually involves a ton of touchpoints with Salesforce (typically had dozens of SFDC tabs open at all times). Weflow allowed me to cut my time spent in Salesforce down significantly. It used to be such a pain to go through individual tabs, waiting for them to load, and do updates the entire Friday afternoon. Now I can easily do it on the go. All in all, I love Weflow's approach - you can see that they really tried to think through where reps are spending their time (Salesforce, Notes, LinkedIn, Calendar, etc.) as it seamlessly integrates into all of my workflows. Absolute must-have for everyone using Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not much to be honest, really love the tool. However, I'd love to see team collab features in the future (e.g. for better SDR-AE handover).

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plain & simple - it helps me update Salesforce faster from just anywhere. Not quite sure how many hours it saves me exactly but I just get through my stuff A LOT quicker than before.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow is super intuitive and saves the team an immense amount of time updating Salesforce each day. Being able to update opportunities on the fly is enormous. Also, we're heavy users of the Chrome Extension (love the gCal integration), which allows us to access our records and add data to Salesforce from just anywhere. From an executive viewpoint, my favorite part is the ability to immediately load pre-defined views (perfect for pipeline reviews, 1:1s).

On top of that, the team there is simply world-class. They're highly responsive to our feedback and help with everything we come across. They even built some functionalities around our suggestions. Really stunned me how fast they were picking it up in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Really tough to point something out - having no gripes at the moment. Rather the opposite: we're constantly sharing new ideas with the team which regularly get picked up in record time.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've massively improved deal communication within the team. Before, we didn't have an effective way to stay on top of opportunities and the pipeline. Now, as the pipeline is extremely easy to update, it's up-to-date almost all the time so everyone knows where the deals stand. Definitely reduced our closed/lost ratio. Also, it just saves us a ton of admin time each week.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow is just so freaking simple to use. It saves our team a whole lot of time and energy. At first, it might sound banal but having to constantly log into SFDC, doing dozens of clicks to get just anywhere, waiting for things to load, logging calls, sending out emails, and taking notes just adds up. Multiplying this by the # of reps and activities each day, wasted time starts to accumulate (& reps begin to neglect to update SFDC). Weflow boils every step down to its core and allows us to do it on the fly with 10% of the previous effort. It's fantastic.



**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not much to dislike, especially as improvements and new features are coming pretty much every week.

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

Just go for it. Each rep saves 3-5h/week, which means more time to spend with customers. The productivity increase does not even consider the number of deals we would have otherwise missed out on as SFDC data was just not correct. Weflow easily pays for the seat cost.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our AEs now spend less time dealing (bearing?) with Salesforce - all while actually putting more information on opps into the CRM. That not only gets them the sale but also allows our managers to provide better support in dealing with the pipeline.

  ### 50. A new part of our sales stack that became quickly essential

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

The reason why we started with them is that it was a very simple implementation (basically a 30 seconds sign-up) and also the setup of our workflows was straight forward. We could quickly roll it out to our complete salesforce. 
Since we set Weflow up, SFDC updates became a lot more convenient for our team as they're incredibly quick to do. No more setting aside hours for daily/weekly Salesforce updates - it's now possible to do immediately once (or even while) a call is done. All the notes are following templates that sync with Salesforce right away. Quite an efficiency boost so easily. 
The Weflow team is very responsive and gets on requests almost instantly. You can feel that everyone is really motivated to give us a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Difficult to say as we're only using it for a few weeks (though we can definitely observe the value already). Looking forward to what the product will look like in the future. The moment they have is really nice to see, so keep up the good work!

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

I'd say just try it out yourself. It's free to use in the starter version.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce hygiene has always been a challenging topic for everyone involved. Now, we're not only getting control of data actually making it into the CRM but also saving a ton of time while doing so. Our opportunity records are more detailed than before as the next steps and rep notes get in more timely. As a result, Weflow helped immensely in improving visibility for the sales leadership team. Altogether, the tool gives critical time back to the reps and up-levels our forecast through accurate data.
