Managing my opportunities has become much quicker. From contact creation over field updates to follow-ups. What has taken up hours before can now be done in minutes or seconds.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Some of our AEs started using Weflow on their own and it quickly spread throughout the entire revenue team. Everyone knows how much salespeople hate admin so we were quite happy to discover a way to make it a breeze. No more slow SFDC loading as it got lightning fast to update opps. In combo with the notepad, in which we created a bunch of templates for our sales process, data quality has become amazing. That's how Salesforce should be!

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not so much something I dislike but it would be great to extend the Chrome Extension through automatic contact creation from Gmail, LinkedIn, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

Highly recommended. The fact that many AEs in our team started out with Weflow on their own shows how easy it was to implement (still got a great onboarding by the Weflow team afterward). Given the time-saving and amount of deals we've NOT missed out on since we knew exactly what's going on, it's a no-brainer. Everyone loves it.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched over to Salesforce a while back. The main problems we faced were (1) speed and (2) data cleanliness. Now, we're solving both with Weflow. As Weflow allows us to enter in & update opps, accounts and notes quickly, it has decreased our time spent on admin work. Data cleanliness has improved since more data actually makes it into Salesforce (and also in a more real-time fashion) so we're better able to report for forecasting.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I love the notes feature! I have so many calls and notes that it's always been a pain getting everything in Salesforce efficiently. Together with the Chrome Extension and the shortcut (cmd+j) I can access and create Salesforce notes just from anywhere.
Also been in contact with their customer success team and it was great to see how quickly my problems have been solved and the feedback has been picked up & implemented in the product. That's how it should be!



**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not much. Everything works beautifully. If I want to nit-pick, it would be great to have multiple bullet point levels when hitting tab. Already sent this feedback to their CS team so I guess they might be on it considering the frequency of new updates.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously it was really painful to organize my notes for the dozens of contacts I have. Getting them over into Salesforce was such a huge waste of time. Happy to now have everything in one place, accessible from anywhere in Chrome. Just awesome.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

It's a great tool for updating Salesforce without logging into Salesforce. The interface is simple, intuitive, and doesn't take much time to get used to. I use it to update my pipeline, and to stay on top of all my sales tasks. The kanban view with more than 4 lines is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I’ve been using weflow for a few months and I love it. One topic though: I'd love to add tasks from my pipeline, but heard the team is already working on it.

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

Try it - you will love it.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly two topics - less time doing (annoying) data entry into Salesforce and being on top of all my opportunities/tasks to win more deals. The support is super fast and helpful.

It got way simpler and faster for reps to change fields everywhere, it's like working in a spreadsheet. It's intuitive and reps and managers can easily create custom views.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Can't think of any downsides. Since it's quite a new tool, I'm excited about which features are coming up next.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce is clunky when it comes to updating data and it's a jungle, which results in reps not updating their data, and management can never fully trust it. Weflow improved our data quality score by approx. 20% within a short time (better management decisions), while setting free time for reps to spend prospecting.

Ease of us for individuals with limited knowledge in coding and allows for just any individual to be able to extract clear and concise information from Salesforce with each

Salesforce is very daunting and WebFlow definitely helps alleviate if integrated properly.

Limited product updates (timeline is not clear and updates are not frequent). However, any updates does not bring about additional errors (quality of updates are good)

Weflow helps organize in a clear manner all Salesforce data, of which is typically overbearing in nature.
Our revenue pipeline is laid out clearly and allows for better data extract / reading and management of pipeline

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

1: Allows us to instantly update our Salesforce records without having to open a dozen tabs or wait for pages to load/update.
2: The notepad and its embedded SFDC fields allow us to track what's going on with opps. Note templates also made it easier for reps to follow processes.
3: With the Chrome Extension, Weflow seamlessly integrates basically everywhere we work.
4: Task management for our team got easier. Keeping track of follow-ups and syncing them with Salesforce right away is a charm.


**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

There's nothing that stands out to me that I genuinely dislike. On the contrary, the Weflow team is lightning fast in shipping updates. I'm really curious where the product is heading to.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Weflow boils down Salesforce down to its core. Weflow makes it easy to keep track of deals as it makes updating the CRM a breeze. This allows us to move faster as our workflows require fewer clicks and tabs. We're also getting a better picture of what's going on in the pipe.

Big fan of pipeline management and notes - a modern tool like Airtable to access, and update your pipeline like a spreadsheet while syncing in-line edits to Salesforce. The notepad is awesome as it helps us to structure discovery & qualification calls with shared note templates, and allows us to log activities and update fields - a real game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Hope they build out more activity tracking (contacts, meetings, etc.) so I can just use Weflow for activity tracking.

Our team spends too much time with annoying manual data entry tasks. Additionally, streamlining the sales playbook across all different sales stages has been challenging before using Weflow.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow is the 'get out of jail free' card for all the bloat and nasty workflows that SFDC showcases. Getting everyone to regularly update Salesforce was truly a fight before. With Weflow, it's never been easier to keep close dates, next steps, etc. so up-to-date. It's not only the web app but also the CMD+J command and calendar integration that makes it so powerful. It has driven compliance to our processes and sped up our workflows, easily saving 2-5h/week depending on the team role. All in all, Weflow eased selling and has taken a lot of stress out of our team keeping everyone in the loop on how the pipeline is advancing. I'm certain that some of our reps would quit if we ever took it away.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I can't come up with any major downsides. At first, I was worried that the chrome extension takes up memory consumption and browser performance issues may come up, but I've never encountered any troubles.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Connect with their team! They've been tremendous in helping us make use of the full depth and breadth of Weflow. We had several check-ins throughout - some to kick-off as we started using it and then regularly thereafter to see how we're doing and get feedback from us. Everyone we've met on the team has been amazing and receptive to our situation and suggestions

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All Salesforce users know that it can be slow and cumbersome. Weflow allows you to update your pipeline 10x quicker, which means your team is likelier to put critical details into SFDC record. Easily saves us 2-5h/week (depending on the role) so our output has become much higher while the pipeline has become clear-sighted.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a CS Manager, I really love how Weflow allows me to update records without living inside of Salesforce. Previously, if I had to update my main PoCs for dozens of customers this would have meant spending days logging into Salesforce and clicking into every account. With Weflow, I quickly built a view and do all of this within an hour.

Also, I love the notepad to keep track of my customer interactions. Previously, I did this by copying my notes from Evernote into Salesforce and then starting to update corresponding fields. Now I can do all of this within Weflow while the embedded Salesforce fields allow me to do updates on the go.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Honestly, I don't have much to say about this. The team is super responsive and picked up some issues we've had really fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Weflow:**

Ask their Customer Success team for an onboarding call even when you're just on the free version. They were super happy to do so and helped me set up Weflow perfectly for my daily CS workflow.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my organization, we're quite high-touch with our customers. Weflow has saved our CS team countless hours keeping track and updating records. I'd say this not only makes us more productive but eventually allows us to give customers the time and attention they need.

There is a lot to love, but what has been a game-changer is the notepad - set up templates for your disco & qualification calls, embedded Salesforce fields, and sync everything with the click of a button to Salesforce. Super easy way to streamline your sales process and improve data quality. Also, love the in-line edits & ease-of-use of pipeline management for updates, reviews & 1:1s.

The only negative thing I can say about it is that we didn't have it sooner!

If the sales notes of your team never end up in Salesforce, or the next steps & MEDDICC fields aren't updated, Weflow can help you solve it.

We improved our qualification process, established better handovers (where we previously lost deals), improved our data quality, and have better consistency, especially onboarding new members of our team. Also saving hours every week updating our Salesforce pipelines.

Super fast and easy way to update my Salesforce pipeline. Before Weflow, I used a spreadsheet to manage all my deals and then updated Salesforce once a week which was super annoying & inaccurate. I'm now using the Weflow's pipeline spreadsheet to update all my opportunities in real-time, and Weflow updates Salesforce automatically. Also love the notepad and tasks as it's super easy to use and automatically syncs with Salesforce. Saving a lot of time every week.

Nothing specificially - curious what else the Weflow team will build to help me spend more time with my prospects.

Our salespeople enjoy using Weflow to update their pipelines and all things Salesforce maintenance. We use Weflow for pipeline updates, reviews, and 1-1s. For the first time, I have good visibility into our team's actions and don't need to nudge my team for Salesforce updates. Also, love working with the Weflow team - super responsive, and strong velocity building out the tool.

Weflow made using Salesforce on a constant basis so much easier. For anyone that gets frustrated by Saleforce's native UI and finds it clunky. It's  much easier to read and work with, and the best feature of all is the task management.

Its tad bit slow on performance, if the UI had snappier response times that would be great

A few features are still missing, but they are still a young company and on their way of fixing them.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like the excel worksheet view and how you can adjust the view so that we can see what we are interested in without being bogged down by the other stuff. 
In addition to this, I like the notes option and how it automatically updates the SalesForce opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I dislike that every new tab I open on Chrome is now a WeFlow tab. When I am not doing SalesForce related work, I would like to be able to just use the standard Chrome without having to change anything.

User-friendly and innovative, the software is easy to use. Continuing to expand on the use cases, the Weflow team strives for a great user experience.

I don't have anything at the moment. Iterations are expected with any early stage company. Keep up the good work.
