Customer service has been excellent. We have an account rep we have regular meetings with who keeps track of what step we are on. In the meantime, customer service is always available as we implement the product. They are knowledgeable and work with us on each issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple of settings have not been able to be customized down to exactly how we handle the transactions, but those are particular quirks that we have. Also, it would be nice if it were easier to sync using more than just the server location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The options to customize this application to work the way you want have gone above and beyond what I thought I would have access to. The onboarding process provided to me by Deep and Prerit was beneficial. It made the process less stressful. I, with the assistance of Prerit, have set the application to work the way I need. What do you like best about Webgility?

What is most helpful about Webgility is that initially, we worked closely with the tech team to set up our sync for multiple stores and a website. Once the system was set up, it ran with a click. If there is a problem because things do happen, we contact their tech support, and they resolve the issue promptly and with excellent customer service. We have been working with Nehal, who is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and able to solve problems quickly. We use Webgility to sync our Shopify store with our Quickbooks Online account. When we run into trouble help is literally a phone call away! I have been pleasantly surprised by Webgility's excellent customer service with friendly, competent professionals who really know their stuff and have saved me more than once. I have had multiple tech support calls with Himanshu Patil who is a total pro. He knows what he is doing and how to communicate it in clear terms so I can really learn the ins and outs of the program. I'm so grateful! Everyone dreads having to call an 800 number for support, but Webgility seriously takes the pain out of making that call. They follow up and they follow through. Initial start up and occasional bug issues can take some time to resolve. The tech experts are always willing to help solve the problems. Most issues are solved with online chat quickly.
