What do you dislike about Webgility? Webgility is not applying direct payments to B2B orders from LightSpped to QuickBooks. These are term orders and I can't record payment right away so later when customer pays it I have to manually go to LightSpeedPOS and QuickBooks Desktop to apply them manually. There is update feature but it unpost the invoices which create more problems. There is also no option to record Shipping address from QuickBooks' exisitng customer. We're using it to integrate Big Commerce with Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. The goal is to eliminate any need for double entry. Faizan Sheikh was great at getting us set up and helping us transition into the software. He was great at working with our sales rep Sagan to get everything straightened out. The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. This is soooo much better than the default Quickbooks Desktop Connector that the Shopify-Quickbooks Migration Team failed to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The onboarding and customer support is really necessary because there are just so many things to set up in order to get all the data to the right places. There are lots of training videos out there and it integrates with a lot of other apps. I find it pretty easy to use. The customer support was awesome and it has a ton of features. Flexibility by transaction count is helpful to keep costs low until our volume justifies a higher level of service. Daily status emails are good to stay on top of things without needing to remember to log in and check our stats. Support has been helpful to resolve problems we have encountered. It is also nice that it links to our 3rd party marketplaces so that all the sales transactions can be synced into a single accounting software (QuickBooks). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Webgility? We have encountered a problem where errors are being reported, but we cannot see them when we log in to look at them. They have worked on the problem, and it was fixed for a bit, but then began again. This particular problem has dragged on, and while overall our connection is working, this one issue is particularly frustrating because it was not fully resolved after several months, though it was taken care of eventually. We shopped around for various tools that covered all of our needs, and selected Webgility. You may find that Webgility is the correct tool for you, or you may have other options that are better, but be sure that you don't settle for less than you need or pay for more than you need. We have multiple points of order entry, including a Shopify web store, manual agent entry into Shopify, and 3rd party stores on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and eBay. We also have a cloud order fulfillment subscription through ShippingEasy. Webgility pulls data from all these sources and sends it to our accounting software, QuickBooks. The connector keeps us from having to export/import transaction data daily or weekly so that QuickBooks will reflect the activity of our many sales channels as well as the shipping expenses for those orders.
