What do you like best about Webex Connect?

The visual workflow builder is really easy to use once you get the hang of it. I can set up automated SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages without needing to write code, which saves a ton of time. The multi-channel support is great—we can reach customers wherever they are. Integration with our CRM was pretty straightforward, so we didn't have to hire a developer to get things working. What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

Some of the more advanced workflows get complicated pretty fast, and there's a bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with automation tools. The reporting could be more detailed—I'd like better visibility into message delivery rates and customer engagement. Pricing for high-volume messaging can add up quickly, especially if you're sending thousands of SMS per month.
