The best part was how quickly we got it running. I'm not an IT expert, and we set up our entire pipeline from tracking leads, meetings, and project revenues - in just a couple of days. For our agency, having one place to see every potential deal and its status was crucial. The interface is clean and purpose-built for sales activities, which meant my team actually used it consistently, a common hurdle with more bloated CRM platforms. We did hit a few limitations. For instance, its built-in reporting is good for a top-level view, but I couldn't easily create a custom dashboard comparing the ROI of leads from Google Ads versus our organic content marketing efforts without exporting data to Excel. Also, while the Outlook integration was solid, a deeper, native integration with our marketing automation platform, HubSpot, was missing.
