What do you like best about Web Hosting Magic?

Webhosting Magic gives one of the most affordable web hosting packages especially for someone with simple hosting needs and wants to run a WordPress site.

The price definitely the price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web Hosting Magic?

For their reasonable pricing for hosting, their reseller packages are a bit on the pricey side; for those who would consider to offer reseller hosting to other people, their prices would mean you cant turn a profit unless you have a large client bass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything, Tech support is terrible. Forget Code Guard with this company. It does not work like many other services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Web Hosting Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to install Code Guard. Waste of time with their tech support. Now they tell me it will not work with their system.

Their response: It seems that CodeGuard needs access to 3306 (the port MySQL listens on) to do that.

By default, port 3306 is disabled for remote connections on all production servers and cannot accept remote hosts' connections.

My Response: What can we do to activate the mysql port so database can be linked with codeguard for regular backups?

Their Response: My name is Tyler and I'm picking up this ticket from where our team lead left off.

The chances of the Infrastructure Team accepting our request to open this port on this production machine is really zero as the risk of doing so is really high.

Why do you sell a service on your web site if it does not work, It makes no sense! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My initial intention was just a month trial and since then i have been not been able to move elsewhere.
