What do you like best about vtenext?

First of all, I can say that we are very satisfied with this product. Its high customizability has allowed us to design tailored workflows and to initiate new projects for the digitalization of our internal processes. From contracting, through managing customer calls with number recognition thanks to the plugin that integrates our telephone switchboard with the CRM, to handling complaints, Vtenext has proven to be an extremely versatile and powerful tool.

One of the most appreciated aspects of Vtenext is the ability to link individual information to multiple entities. For example, an email can be associated with a ticket, which in turn can be linked to a record. This network structure is essential for facilitating the consultation of a customer's data and ensuring the preservation of information. Even if the original email is lost, it will still remain visible within the ticket.

Among the projects currently underway, we are working on managing newsletter campaigns. Furthermore, given the success achieved with the contracting project, we are developing a new process for contracting a new sales line, even more complex and articulated.

In summary, the main strengths of Vtenext are the completeness of information, the high customizability of the software, and the integration with external systems, which is almost always available. Additional credit should be given to the technical service, always ready to propose solutions to our requests.

What do you dislike about vtenext?

The only flaw we have found concerns the redirects on the various modules within a process, which sometimes are not the expected ones and force the user to return to the exact point to advance. However, I am sure that this aspect can also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about vtenext?

I like that they are always available to support us and always give a quick response. I like that the platform is very flexible to develop personalized solutions accroding to our company's needs. What do you dislike about vtenext?

Because of having this possibility of personalization with full technical support any change has additional costs that might be high. Also any update of the version of the software has an additional cost. Some of the features requiere the tecnitians to modify them, when it could be easily modified by an admin user. What do you like best about vtenext?

The need to collect all the information from the market and its interactions with our company, led us to have to use a system like CRM. The one proposed by VTE immediately seemed simple, therefore suitable for all users, but above all customizable. Each company has its own peculiarities and ours is no exception. What do you dislike about vtenext?

There are no aspects that have disappointed us or that have been missing. Unfortunately, it is more our responsibility not to have been able to use all the possibilities offered by this software for internal IT policies that sometimes lead to oversimplifying what can be done. The most useful aspect of vtenext is its deeply rooted customer-centric approach, which extends not only to an intelligent, convenient, and well-designed navigability but also to a functionality design that never loses sight of the product's ultimate goal: understanding the real profitability of customers (economic and strategic), and providing you with maximum visibility about that and all the instruments to manage the customer processes.

What do you like best about vtenext?

The strengths of VTEnext undoubtedly include the speed with which an MVP version can be brought into production, as well as the power and ease of use of the Business Process Modeling module for functional analysts. Implementation is very easy and fast (the solutions is a pure SaaS and a lot of software connectors are available for integration with external apps). Among its key strengths is also the comprehensive mapping of sales and post-sales processes with ready-to-use, off-the-shelf functionalities. The initial mapping of information related to the various involved entities (sales force, product catalog, prospects, clients, sales data, customer service) is already complete, and it is extremely easy to enrich the database with custom data. last but not the least the solution is GDPR compliant and ISO (900x, 2700x) certified!
