**What do you like best about vtenext?**

It is interesting to have the possibility to modify the interface of the various modules according to needs (although, clearly, with customizations for a fee). Moreover, it is reassuring to know that you can talk to someone when needed: the sales representative and the technical representative are always available. There are also many native features, which are far from negligible.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

The response times to tickets are sometimes too long. Additionally, the overall speed of the CRM is low, especially when working on very heavy Modules (which should still be expected). I also notice the lack of some features that I consider basic in a CRM, such as the history of correspondence with certain clients and the ability to better manage the lines in quotes (or orders), etc.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certainly, the management and storage of customer information (tens of thousands) are a focal point of a CRM, and VTE does this excellently. Additionally, there are other important features, such as the creation of automations that help make processes more efficient.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

What we appreciate most about VTENEXT is the flexibility of the platform and the ability to truly adapt it to the client's business processes, without having to radically change the company's way of working.

From an operational standpoint, we make extensive use of automations, workflows, and integrations with external tools, which allow us to reduce manual activities and significantly improve commercial and administrative organization. The API and customization aspects are also strengths that enable us to develop vertical solutions for clients with specific needs.

In terms of UI/UX, the system is intuitive and has greatly improved over the years, especially in the management of dashboards and internal processes. The overall performance is also good, even on installations with many users and data.

Another aspect we consider of great value is the support: the VTENEXT team is competent, available, and open to technical discussions, a characteristic not always guaranteed in the software sector.

From an ROI perspective, for many companies, the benefit is tangible because it allows them to centralize processes, reduce operational dispersion, and have better control over clients, activities, and business opportunities.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

Like any very flexible and comprehensive platform, VTENEXT requires an initial phase of analysis and proper configuration to be fully utilized. For companies that are not well-structured or without proper initial support, the number of available features can initially seem complex.

Some interfaces and advanced configurations could be made even more modern and straightforward, especially for non-technical users. Also, managing some very specific customizations requires fairly in-depth technical skills.

From our point of view, it would be interesting to continue investing further in AI functionalities and low-code/no-code tools, to make the creation of advanced automations even simpler for business users.

That said, the continuous evolution of the platform and the attention to partners and customers are aspects that we have always appreciated over the years.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VTENEXT has helped us primarily to centralize processes and information that were previously distributed among emails, Excel files, separate software, and manual task management.

Before implementation, it was more difficult to monitor business opportunities, customer activities, tickets, deadlines, and internal workflows in a structured way. Today, we have a much clearer and shared view of business processes, with better operational control and a significant reduction in repetitive tasks thanks to automation.

One of the most tangible benefits has been the improvement in commercial organization and follow-up with clients and prospects, with faster response times and less information dispersion. Integrations with other business tools have also allowed us to avoid duplicate entries and reduce operational errors.

From an ROI perspective, the main advantage is the time saved in daily activities and the ability to have centralized data and processes on a single platform, improving efficiency and collaboration between departments.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

The solution is quite powerful and flexible, it has allowed us to digitalize more than 50 company processes. We are able to get in all the necessary information for making the processes more efficient. The interface is flexible enough for our requirements

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

Some times for developers is not so easy to use maybe due to it's low code experience. We are not using the latest version and maybe we are missing some features that might make their work a bit easier (es. less amount of clicks)

VTE has been very reactive over almost 10 years of working together and we've been able to cover the majority of our requirements, following also an evolution roadmap adding different features. This has help us improve a lot in the efficiency of our processes, many of which run entirely on vtenext

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

First of all, I can say that we are very satisfied with this product. Its high customizability has allowed us to design tailored workflows and to initiate new projects for the digitalization of our internal processes. From contracting, through managing customer calls with number recognition thanks to the plugin that integrates our telephone switchboard with the CRM, to handling complaints, Vtenext has proven to be an extremely versatile and powerful tool.

One of the most appreciated aspects of Vtenext is the ability to link individual information to multiple entities. For example, an email can be associated with a ticket, which in turn can be linked to a record. This network structure is essential for facilitating the consultation of a customer's data and ensuring the preservation of information. Even if the original email is lost, it will still remain visible within the ticket.

Among the projects currently underway, we are working on managing newsletter campaigns. Furthermore, given the success achieved with the contracting project, we are developing a new process for contracting a new sales line, even more complex and articulated.

In summary, the main strengths of Vtenext are the completeness of information, the high customizability of the software, and the integration with external systems, which is almost always available. Additional credit should be given to the technical service, always ready to propose solutions to our requests.

We are very satisfied with Vtenext and wish to continue this fruitful collaboration for future projects as well.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

The only flaw we have found concerns the redirects on the various modules within a process, which sometimes are not the expected ones and force the user to return to the exact point to advance. However, I am sure that this aspect can also be improved.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vtenext helped us with the digitalization project of contracts for one of our sales lines, and this accelerated the entire approval and data entry process into the system, as well as promoting an eco-sustainability culture by drastically reducing paper contracts. The complaint management now has a well-defined and visible process, and the risk of losing information is almost nil. Our operators' work is faster and more efficient, immediately having the customer's information whose number has been automatically recognized and associated with their profile, providing further benefits in customer service.

We use the cloud version, and it’s been an experience with zero issues, only benefits.

e manage on-site operations using a system based on schedules that each operator must manually update from time to time. This scheduling workflow is only one sub-process within a larger project that also involves several additional variables. With VTE, we’ve been able to semi-automate the entire process.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

I like that they are always available to support us and always give a quick response. I like that the platform is very flexible to develop personalized solutions accroding to our company's needs. We have developed a couple personalized projects, receiving full support on what is needed from project management and from the technical support.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

Because of having this possibility of personalization with full technical support any change has additional costs that might be high. Also any update of the version of the software has an additional cost. Some of the features requiere the tecnitians to modify them, when it could be easily modified by an admin user.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment we are finishing a big project on how to imporve the platform for the sales users: we modified the sales report module to make it more simple and stretegic, we created a new module for price lists, and we created a dashboard with the customers' information to be easier to read for the sales team. It has been very beneficial for the sales managers to have all the information on hand and facilitate the collection on information, to be able to find insights on how to imporve our proceses and our service with our own customers.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

The need to collect all the information from the market and its interactions with our company, led us to have to use a system like CRM. The one proposed by VTE immediately seemed simple, therefore suitable for all users, but above all customizable. Each company has its own peculiarities and ours is no exception. With a little training you can easily generate modules that exactly reflect the company's operations and are easily queried.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

There are no aspects that have disappointed us or that have been missing. Unfortunately, it is more our responsibility not to have been able to use all the possibilities offered by this software for internal IT policies that sometimes lead to oversimplifying what can be done. But it certainly does not depend on VTE.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has allowed us to speak a harmonized and always available language. There is no longer the need to question people about information or search everywhere for files stored in different ways by all users. It has given us the peace of mind of not having to rely too much on the historical memories of the company

The most useful aspect of vtenext is its deeply rooted customer-centric approach, which extends not only to an intelligent, convenient, and well-designed navigability but also to a functionality design that never loses sight of the product's ultimate goal: understanding the real profitability of customers (economic and strategic), and providing you with maximum visibility about that and all the instruments to manage the customer processes.
Technically, the vtenext develops all its power trough the logic approch of his modules and workflow's engine that gives you the possibility to create your processes exactly as you need.

The basic settings are be made for small context and it needs to be carefully customized to cover all the various scenarios that can be present in a big company.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

The strengths of VTEnext undoubtedly include the speed with which an MVP version can be brought into production, as well as the power and ease of use of the Business Process Modeling module for functional analysts. Implementation is very easy and fast (the solutions is a pure SaaS and a lot of software connectors are available for integration with external apps). Among its key strengths is also the comprehensive mapping of sales and post-sales processes with ready-to-use, off-the-shelf functionalities. The initial mapping of information related to the various involved entities (sales force, product catalog, prospects, clients, sales data, customer service) is already complete, and it is extremely easy to enrich the database with custom data. last but not the least the solution is GDPR compliant and ISO (900x, 2700x) certified!

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

VTE Next features a high number of native integrations (Email, certified email/PEC, Italian Digital Identity, etc.). To extend the use of VTE Next to use cases involving social media channels, a native integration with Instagram is recommended.

The software is simple to implement, integrate into business systems, and use. It also allows for customizations that can be done independently without needing programming skills. It is perfect for the daily management of sales flows. We have found great support in the Vtenext staff, who constantly assist us in its use.

The system is very intuitive, easy to customize (even autonomously), and customer care is always responsive and ready to solve all issues.

At present we are completely satisfied with vte, especially because of its flexibility and consequent ease of adaptation to business and internal procedures.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

Vte gives you the ability to manage almost independently the process entirely from the interface. The BPM module is easy to use, intuitive, and is essential in managing all processes. A complete CRM that allows you to manage reports and views simply from a dashboard that can be modified according to different needs.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

It's difficult to find flaws, perhaps I would still improve the app, even though I know there's a lot of work behind it.

VTe has helped us manage the problem of data control and loss in the first place. Each user has the ability to enter data, and this allows for simple analysis and easy consultation of this data to never lose complete control of the company. It also helps us monitor every process and every procedural step without losing track of the order between the different departments.

Through Vte we are able to correctly follow up on external clients' support and projects, as well as internal management.
The shared calendar for internal coordination.

It would be useful to be able to manage the screens in the interventions and not as attachments.

The ability to correctly manage tickets opened by customers and internally, notes, and reports for comprehensive 360° support

I use vtenext daily. Easy to create forms and make interface changes I simply automate every organizational process I manage my clients effectively and conveniently Integrated chatbot.
Customer Support is fast and effective.

At the moment I have no negative aspects to highlight. Perhaps the newsletter module needs to be improved a little.

**What do you like best about vtenext?**

vtenext is an all-in-One CRM solution that allows you to manage all Marketing, Sales and After-Sales activities in a single platform by easily automating and digitizing all business processes, increasing productivity even remotely.
We use it internally for all marketing and sales activities, for ticketing and assistance. We have increased our productivity and internal communication has also benefited from greater speed and automation.

**What do you dislike about vtenext?**

An easier interaction with Google Workspace would be appreciated but I'm sure vtenext is working on improving itself.

**What problems is vtenext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vtenext is perfectly suitable per SME and big companies. With vte  we can acquire, monitor and manage leads by identifying the most profitable channels, program effective campaigns and newsletters, creating personalized content thanks to Marketing Processes & GDPR.

I like that you can do almost whatever you want simply using different processes and modules. If you need any customization there are a lot of people that can help you creating something just for you.

VTENext is great for our 5 users needs. Maybe for bigger companies you need more details.

We wanted to use only web documents and get a statistical review of our commercial activities on customers. We needed to share informations between users and share everithing in a simple way. After that we could manage also some administration processes.

We chose VTE NEXT for the development of the company's CRM due to its flexibility, modularity, and the ability to implement the various needs and requirements of our Company over time. Having 3 very different business areas with specific commercial characteristics, we managed to build a tailor-made CRM.

The management of tickets related to implementations has not always been straightforward, but over time we have refined this part of the activity as well.

I like the possibility to add fields and customise data input masks as we need! It's easy to learn how to use it and also how to create reports and extract datas.

I don't like so much the price books (we have more and different case histories) and the PDF creator.

VTEnext help us to collect data, to have many reports of statistics, to collect informations of our trouble ticket and visit report, also sending e-mails.

The application needs to be developed better and more consistently. It falls short of the product's capabilities, let alone up to today's standards. Insert push notifications as soon as possible.

simple and integrable, very customizable even without the use of assistance. the template module is nice. rich in modules. competitive price and very scalable. excellent

some modules should be reviewed and also the display could be improved but it can be fixed with some ad hoc layouts. I would like the insertion and management of QR codes linked to the product and/or the use of RFID.
