There are also many native features, which are far from negligible.

From an operational standpoint, we make extensive use of automations, workflows, and integrations with external tools, which allow us to reduce manual activities and significantly improve commercial and administrative organization. The API and customization aspects are also strengths that enable us to develop vertical solutions for clients with specific needs. In terms of UI/UX, the system is intuitive and has greatly improved over the years, especially in the management of dashboards and internal processes. The overall performance is also good, even on installations with many users and data. Another aspect we consider of great value is the support: the VTENEXT team is competent, available, and open to technical discussions, a characteristic not always guaranteed in the software sector.
