**What do you like best about VServiceManagement?**

The ease of using Myserviceportal was simply convenient. Hassle free access to both customers and partners. Very easy to integrate using APIs too.

**What do you dislike about VServiceManagement?**

Would love to see how Gen AI can be inbuilt in its usage.

**What problems is VServiceManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By gathering the right data at the request taking process, every department gets real time information regarding client, products and businesses

It is sometimes gets hanged data corruption or basically can say problem in troubleshooting
