# What are the best incident response services for organizations with 1,001–5,000 employees looking to improve operational efficiency?

I'm asking because tools that suit a small shop or a global bank often miss this middle-upper band, and reviews here skew either small or very large.
The best efficiency signal is whether the service reduces time spent triaging and coordinating incidents, not just whether it adds more telemetry. I’d compare analyst hours saved, escalation speed, and how much of the response workflow the provider actually owns versus handing work back to the internal team.
